I am an animal-loving student, keen to make some money doing something that I love, which is caring for animals. I have experience pet sitting rabbits, dogs, cats and hamsters. I have cared for my 18 year old cat, Monty, for my whole life, and my 7 year old black labrador, Millie, too. I have also owned hamsters and fish in the past. I am passionate about animal welfare and would love to care for your pet while you are away. I am aware that while some animals love to be fussed and played with, others prefer space, and I can give your pet whichever they would prefer. I am also punctual and responsible, skills I developed in previous hospitality jobs, so you can be certain your furry friend is in capable hands.

I am Registered veterinary Nurse working in a busy hospital in reading. I love all things animals having grown up surrounded all different kinds in South Africa. I have a strong passion for advocating for every kind of animal which is why I am in the career I am. 
I have had many different pets all my life from bunnies, hamsters, fish and dogs.
Through my work I have gained a wealth of experience with all different breeds of cats and dogs, rabbits and many other small mammals and even non domestic pets such as birds, reptiles, sheep, cows, horses and donkeys! 
I enjoy looking after animals and with my degree in nursing them I feel I am experienced and more than capable of providing expert care to a range of animals, including those with conditions.

Your animals are more than just pets, they are members of the family. When you go on holiday, oraway for a while, if they could talk, they would say they would much rather stay in the comfortable, familiar surroundings of their own home, than go and stay in a stranger’s home or into kennels. This is especially true for older or anxious pets. It is far less stressful for them, they stay in their own environment and your house gets looked after too!  My fee is higher than some, but includes watering household and garden plants for you, so they stay alive for your return, as well as excellent care for your pets, whether dogs or cats.
I am a very active person and love walking in the countryside.   I have taken early retirement and decided to follow my heart and love of dogs and cats to do dog-walking, cat and dog-sitting and house-sits. I have owned dogs for over 20 years, including rescue dogs, and have a particular love of Spaniels and Westies. I have undertaken a Pet First Aid course and also have a Disclosure and Barring Service certificate.  I have also owned cats for 40 years.
I own a 4 x 4 car with plenty of room for your dog, so we can go and walk in lots of different locations for a change of scene.
Please note the areas I cover are: Yateley, Eversley, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Blackwater, Finchampstead, Hartley Wintney, Camberley, Windlesham, Sunningdale, Ascot.  I'm afraid I don't cover the Reading area.
I offer the following services:&nbsp;
Cat call-ins - feeding, change of litter tray, play-time and companionship.  The price shown is for a 40 minute visit.
Dog-walking&nbsp;
I do solo walks only. so it will just be your dog on its own, getting one to one attention from me. This ensures your dog gets my undivided attention and care.  I don't do large pack walks.  I send lots of photos from our walks, see my profile photos.  The price shown is for a walk of 60 minutes, sometimes a little longer.
Day or part-day dog-sitting 
If you are going out for the day, I will come to your house and keep your dog company and take them for a walk, or simply let them out in the garden if that is what you prefer.  I can also send you photos so you can see your dog is happy.  Just let me know how many hours you want me to spend with your dog.
Overnight dog-sitting in your home 
If you are going on holiday, no need to worry about your dog going into unfamiliar surroundings, as I will come to your house, stay overnight and look after your dog, so they don't need to suffer the anxiety of strange surroundings.&nbsp;

I have taken care of pets all my life. I grew up with three Sharpeis in the household at all times. I absolutely love dogs and the joy that they bring to our lives. I relocated to the England in 2020 to pursue my medical career. I had moved from Florida where I had my own dog walking company with over 30 customers. This kept me active and allowed me to do something that I enjoyed every day while also making my income. Since moving to England, I have immensely missed the daily interactions I had with dogs. Due to my studying and work in the medical field, I am sadly not ready to commit to owning my own dog. But, I would absolutely love to help you. My previous experience I pet cared in the alps for 8 years and had a Pyrenean Mountain Dog and a Samoyed. 6 cats and worked along with the local vet, and the Agricultural farm, full of animals.

Caring for animals has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. For 17 years, I had a lovely and special dog, dedicating my time, energy, and heart to giving her love and care.
I currently share my life with my cat Ludovico, who reminds me every day how special the bond between humans and animals can be. Hi, in this world I don't think you could find someone who loves dogs and looking after them as much as I do. I have had 15 years of experience in looking after my own and other people's dogs (and homes).One of my favourite pet-sit, house-sit experiences was looking after Chewy, who you can see pictured, for several weeks over Christmas. It was really special to make sure Chewy was happy and looked after while her human family was away.Right now I have little Max, who is a cross Cavalier Toy Poodle who is about to turn six, and I loved looking after Charlie, and also Poppy, a Cockapoo, when I lived in the UK in Hampshire for five years.I love walking dogs, and received a certification in dog training in Fleet, UK, with Poppy (who passed with flying colours!) I have housetrained three dogs, and am happy to look after, pick up after, feed of course, provide medicine, keep water topped up and clean, wash when needed, and just generally make sure your little chap (or chapette) is looked after, happy and beautifully cared for.
