Top cities for house sitting in United Kingdom

Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Earl Shilton home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Earl Shilton.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Earl Shilton home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hey! I'm Nayesh, 27 years young from Leicester. I'm not gonna make a song and dance and bore you but the main thing is that I love animals of all sizes ️ from cuddles to zoomies or even just keeping them company. As a Cat dad of two beautiful young domestic short hair male cats, Jasper and Ruben, I'd say my 'speciality' is around cats! However I do love did just as much!️ My prices are pretty much baseline what the app recommends or if not a few pounds cheaper than the recommended, If you have any issues with costs I'd be more than happy to sort something else out At the end of the day I'm hear to provide a service for your loved pets. So feel free to ask any questions, point out any issues and give any feedback so I can give the best that I can. Thank you!

I’m a caring, trustworthy and patient pet sitter with experience caring for puppies, senior dogs and post-operative dogs who need extra attention and gentle support. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs, so I always take the time to help them feel safe, comfortable and relaxed while in my care.
I provide a calm, clean and loving home environment where dogs receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise and supervision throughout the day. Dogs are never left alone for long periods maximum 2-3hrs only when necessary and I make sure they have regular toilet breaks, playtime, walks and rest based on their individual routine and energy levels.
I’m confident caring for energetic puppies who need patience and structure, as well as senior or recovering dogs who may require a slower pace, medication support, or extra comfort. I carefully follow all owner instructions to maintain routines and ensure pets feel settled and secure.
Safety is always my top priority. Although I do not have a fully fenced yard, all outdoor time and walks are closely supervised, and dogs are always kept safely on leash when outside. I also carefully manage introductions and interactions if caring for multiple dogs at once to ensure every pet feels comfortable and safe. It is really rare that I will look after multiple dogs at once as I do prefer to look after one dog so I can provide him a safe place and comfort, unless it's from the same household.
I know how important communication is when you’re away from your pet, so I provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give owners peace of mind throughout the stay. In the event of any emergency or concern, I would contact the owner immediately and seek veterinary care if needed. I am currently undertaking a first aid course for dogs.
For safety reasons, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always aim to give them the love, care and attention they deserve.

ABOUT US:
I learned early on that a dog isn't just a pet. My mom rescued three dogs from the street, and caring for them throughout their lives taught me the patience, love, and responsibility required to keep our furry friends happy.
Now settled in the UK, my partner and I are both dog lover, but we can't be able to have a dog yet, which is why I’ve turned my passion into a service! I treat every dog I sit as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and fully attended to while you’re away.

Hi I'm Jen and I would love to help care for your babies when you just want some time to yourselves. I love cats (especially the snuggly one's) and I do refer to myself as Auntie Jen to all my friends animals.
I want you to feel comfortable knowing that your babies will be looked after when you want to go on holiday or even those times when something unexpected happens.
I used to have 2 babies of my own called Tic & Tac. They were very well cared for but unfortunately my work changed and I had to rehome them. This took me 9 months! I had to make sure that they were being adopted by someone who was going to love them like me. It was genuinely the hardest decision I've ever had to make. But it was to ensure that they got more time and snuggles.
I am happy to offer short visits to over night stays. I will take care of your babies like they are my own and they will have nothing but love from me.
I am willing to travel a short while too. If you feel I may be too far away from you and want overnight stays, please drop me a message and I can let you know if you're too far way or not.
I am only wanting to look after cats.

Experienced dog sitter including home boarding and dog walking. I have two dogs myself which need regular walking! I have experience in dog care, I have looked after at least 8 dogs including walking and home boarding. My dogs are very friendly and accepting of all types of dogs. I am happy to walk, home board and also home visit! This is something I am very passionate about and would like to make it full time. I love all animals and offer so much love and attention that your dogs will know me as a friend and enjoy my company as I also enjoy theirs. I have my own transportation. I have extensive references that are all positive. Let me be the one to care for your pets as if there my own.

Hi!
My name is Scarlett and i've always loved animals. I have a Cat of my own called Cody, we share a special bond since we homed him 12 years ago. I've always had a connection to animals as I am a very spiritual individual. I feel animals relax around me and we can form a deeper bond. I have also looked after and sifted for friends and family in the past.
with my relaxing nature& kindred spirit, my goal would to ensure your animal feels safe and comfortable around my energy. I love the nature and being outside, so if you have a dog full of energy, expect him to be sleepy once you get him back!
I am happy to look after your animal in your home and my home. Please bear in mind, I can only do day times for my home!
I am available to do doggy day care (at your home) dog walking, home visits and house sitting. It's the same with cats of course.
I have never mediated anybody else's pet, but I am happy to. I can only board one dog at a time, but cats I am happy with up to 3.
My dog walks are up to 3 hours, as I love to walk! My availability is Monday- Friday day times from my house, but evenings other homes if needed!
I work from home, but I would not work at the same time as looking after your pet (of course, they need all the attention!)
please keep in mind I have one pet in my home, a cat, so if your dog doesn't get along with them i'm happy to come to you!
my family are out in the day times, so it would only be me at my home. my gates are safe and secured and fully fenced, so no escape is possible!
if you have any further questions please do ask!
- Scarlett :)

I've been around dogs since I was a baby. As a child, I dreamt of becoming a vet, but it wasn't to be! Nevertheless, my passions for dogs remains to this day and I currently own a male Japanese Akita and a female Labrador. Over the years, I've had a Collie, a German Shepherd, and several Labradors.
It's not just medium and large dogs who I have experience with, though. My grandmother had a lovely poodle and a charismatic chihuahua. My girlfriend also has a fiesty and playful chihuahua, so I'm particular familiar with that small breed.
I'm trying to build up my fitness, so can match the exercise of the dog. Whether it's a super energetic one that likes to go on long walks or an older or smaller one that prefers slower, short walks, I can adapt.

So, if your dog is friendly and vaccine, don't hesitate to book me for a job!
