Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your East Rainton home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like East Rainton.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your East Rainton home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hello, pet lovers! I'm Violeta, your dedicated and passionate pet sitter. I grew up with furry friends and always feel the happiest when surrounded by animals. I specialise in providing top-notch services exclusively for vaccinated pets. From energizing dog walks, short visits, to cozy day/nighy dog sitting (for those who enjoy feline company or if not in the comfort of their homes is fine as well), I ensure a tail-wagging good time. For our feline friends, I offer cat sitting (provided they're amicable with other cats), brief visits, and overnight stays in the comfort of their homes. My experience is rooted in a genuine love for animals. Your pets are not just clients but cherished members of the family, and I'm here to take care of their unique needs.I live in a 3-bed semi detached house with a fenced garden. We have lots of great walks all around us and I drive so expect lots of great pictures of your doggos enjoying an amazing walkie or getting much needed sunshine at home. Let me be your go-to for reliable and personalised pet care services. I'm open to discussions for any other beloved creatures that need my attention. Together, let's ensure your pets receive the best care and love they deserve!

Experienced Dog Walker, Pet Visitor, and Pet Sitter with Dog Training Skills

As a passionate pet lover with extensive hands-on experience, I am excited to offer reliable dog walking, pet sitting, and pet visiting services. I also bring valuable skills in dog training, which means I can reinforce positive behaviors and help with basic commands during walks and visits.

I hold a valid DBS check, am fully insured, and have my own vehicle, allowing me to travel easily to different locations and ensure your pet gets the attention they need. I prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets while providing them with the care and companionship they deserve.

Services Offered:

Dog Walking: Whether your dog enjoys a leisurely stroll or needs an energetic walk, I can tailor the activity to your pet’s needs. During our walks, I can also work on reinforcing training commands such as sit, stay, and heel.

Pet Sitting: I offer in-home pet sitting, ensuring your pets stay in a familiar, comforting environment while you are away. From feeding to playtime, I’ll make sure they receive lots of attention and care.

Pet Visits: If your pet needs regular check-ins, I can provide short visits to ensure they are fed, walked, and given some company. This service is great for pets that don’t require lengthy walks but still need attention and care throughout the day.

With a strong focus on communication and reliability, I aim to keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe, while giving you peace of mind. Whether your pet needs daily walks, training reinforcement, or long-term sitting, I am here to provide flexible and trusted care.

I prefer at least two weeks notice for bookings as this allows time for a meet and greet and follow up meeting if required before the booking takes place.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi! My name is Danuta, but I usually go by Danka. Nice to meet you! I'm a 31 years old Polish pet lover and I've been living in North East of England for over 11 years. Currently located in Gateshead, Bensham.
I have always loved pets. I remember when as a child my cousin asked me what would I do if I was super rich when I grow up and I said - I would have a house full of pets! I do not have much experience working as a paid pet sitter but from young age I was a co-owner of fish, rabbit and a dog. Unfortunately my current situation is not suitable for having a pet but I always happily care for my friends furry babies such as dogs, cats and rabbits, when they go away or simply need a favour. I thought, why not turn it into something more and become a pet sitter! What a dream job!
I offer overnight stays (at owners house as my landlord doesn't allow pets). I'm happy to clean your pets litter box or cage, feed them, play with them, even water your plants. Hope I didn't forget about anything!
I work shifts in my main job, where I work as a support worker, so my availability depends on my work rota.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pet!

I am reliable and trustworthy, available any day of the week and will try to work around you where possible.
