"Searching for a suitable house & pet sitter was a daunting and time-consuming task. I’d not been away for several years while my cat who has CKD (chronic kidney disease) demands intuitive care. My dog is super sociable but has some trauma-related separation anxiety issues and will only go on walks with a trusted friend, namely myself or my husband. Diego is a kind and intelligent soul who took care of them both flawlessly, paying attention to every minutia detail that I’d shared, while also using his own initiative independently. Equally important, he left our home exactly as we’d left it and after some bad experiences in the past it was an absolute joy and relief to come back to. He kept in respectful contact at all times - from our opening conversations and throughout the two-week duration we were away, sharing photos & videos regularly. Diego took care of everything and everyone as if it were his own. If your goal is to go away with complete peace of mind, you’ve found your man."

"Narmada was absolutely wonderful with our pets (3 cats and 1 dog), and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter while we were away. From the very beginning, she was warm, caring and incredibly attentive to all of their individual needs and personalities. Throughout the house sit, she kept us updated with regular messages, photos and little observations about how everyone was doing, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she wasn’t just following the care instructions; she was genuinely getting to know each of the pets and giving them plenty of individual attention, affection and reassurance. She noticed little things about their behaviour, remembered their routines, and was especially thoughtful about making sure all of them got extra love and attention while they were missing us. She was also extremely responsible and proactive. Whenever anything unexpected came up (a feeder issue, a cat being sick, cleaning up a little vomit, the litter robot needing attention, or questions about their routine), she contacted us promptly and checked before doing anything she wasn't sure about. She was particularly observant about their behaviour and wellbeing, and made sure to send daily updates and pictures, along with descriptions of their interactions and little things she had noticed, which we really appreciated. Our dog got plenty of long walks, the three cats were brushed and played with, and all of them received plenty of cuddles and attention. One of our cats, who normally isn't a fan of one-on-one attention, was actually actively seeking Narmada out for extra cuddles, which was a very welcome surprise. Most importantly, the pets were clearly very happy and settled. By the time we came home, they looked fantastic, and we could tell from the photos and updates that they had been getting loads of love and attention. We were especially touched by how closely Narmada observed their personalities and how much she genuinely cared about them. She was also respectful of our home, followed our instructions carefully, communicated clearly, and we felt completely at ease knowing our pets were with her. Narmada went above and beyond, and we would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring and exceptionally attentive pet sitter. We would absolutely have her look after our pets again."

"Gabriel has been amazing! I recommend him without reservation. He took the time to understand our two dogs routine. He went above and beyond, keeping us updated with daily photos and messages. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be booking again. He sent lots of updates about my two dogs. I had a complete nightmare trying to get back from holiday and was delayed by over 24 hours. Gabriel was a godsend and went out of his way to help us. We arrived home to a tidy house and two very happy dogs. Gabriel is by far the best dog sitter we have used and I don't think he can be improved upon! You need to book Gabriel as he is kind, respectful and reliable."
