I am an animal lover and own lovely 2 cats. Due to owning cats I don't own any dogs, but I'm really keen on dogs also. I'm happy to do dog walking, and cat sitting and other pet sitting too, such as hamsters which I owned when younger and want to own again someday! I can visit your pets when you're away and am very caring and always give full attention to the pet/s with playtime.
I love taking dogs out on walks and can take multiple at once. I can take your dogs out in the car for longer walks or just do walks around the local park- whatever is needed. I can visit cats for feeding, changing litter, and love to give them lots of playtime and attention and lots of purring! I send photos so you can see your pets are happy and relaxed.&nbsp;
I am very careful about safety with your pets, so will always ask all about their behaviours inor out of the house and any health/dietary needs, to ensure their time is fun and safe with me. I also have a pet first aid course training so know how to perform CPR and first aid to animals, and happy to show proof of certificate if required.&nbsp;
I offer a free introductory visit/walk so I can learn about your pet's behaviours and any needs, with the owner present so that we are both well informed and happy with the arrangement. If dog walking I always go on an initial walk with the owner, to get familiar with the dog and learn about how best to walk them, and to ensure you are happy that your pet is in safe hands. If cat sitting I will come and let the cat get familiar with me and find out what they like and don't like.
I have quite flexible work, so can visit or dog walk during the day, or whenever's best. I like to charge lower rates, but if over a mile away I do charge 40p/mile travel costs to your property, which has to be paid for seperately when meeting if that's ok (no way to add additional costs through here). For pet sitting, I can only pet-sit 2x a day if the location is within two miles.

Im passionate about animals of all kinds but dogs are definately my favourite. I love that they have their own personalities and quirky little ways.&nbsp;
My husband Colin and I have owned 2 dogs previously together, Colin has had dogs all his life so between us we are quite used to them.  Our first dog Jasper was a Westie who we sadly lost just before he was 8. We had a cocker spaniel called Molly until recently, she was 11.5 when we had to let her go.  We now have a little sproodle (springerxpoodle) who is very lively and energetic and loves to run and play with other dogs.  He has a girlfriend called Daisy who it's a shihtzu who we have had the pleasure of walking and the odd spot of daycare.  I used to hold a boarding license until recently when I gave that up to become pet sitters in the owner's home, much less paperwork involved .  We are both DBS checked and I hold a canine first aid certificate. My home.
My house is very doggy friendly with a secure outside space equipped with both a hard standing and  grassed area where plenty of sniffs are available, they can also enjoy our small doggy waddle pool, doggy safe sand pit (weather dependant) and an abundance of toys to keep them occupied. As a dog and reptile owner, I have many pet essential available throughout my home such as pet beds/blankets, bowls, toys and pet safety gates, to make your pets visit safe and fun.

I like to walk the dogs on the trails over the old pit tops and use local nature reserves for longer walks and exercise. We often visit my local park for toilet sessions, and my girls love taking their doggy friends to our local woods. I am fortunate that all options are accessible within a 5 -15 minutes walk or drive of my home.

I've spent many hours struggling to find a person I wanted or trusted leaving my dogs with and understand how emotionally difficult it can be, I try to make the process easier on pet owners by offering a safe home from home type environment where they can be confident their animal family will be loved and enjoying their very own holiday with us. 



NOTICE.

Boarding requires a successful meet and greet prior to accepting any booking to ensure your pet is comfortable with us and our dogs. Any animals happiness and comfort is paramount.
Pets must be vaccinated and flea treated (if applicable). If your animal becomes sick in the immediate run-up to a booking boarding cannot take place without confirmation they are not carrying a dangerous or contagious illness from a vet.
Puppies and dogs who are not fully house trained are welcome to stay with us but please let us know so we can plan sccordingly. Do also inform us of any special care needs or difficult behaviours.
Small furries and reptiles can stay with us, but we expect their enclosure, food and lighting/heating(if required) to be supplied by you to avoid any cross contamination risk with my own reptiles and equipment.



My name's Charlie Chappell and I'm a student paramedic at Sheffield Hallam University. At home I have three golden retrievers called Chester who's 8, Rupert who's 3 and Walter who's 3. I've looked after all three of them on my own for long periods of time since they were puppies and this made me want to offer my availability to others who need a pet sitter. I would prefer to pet sit at the offering house due to staying in student accommodation but I can assure I am clean and polite and will respect the home I'm pet sitting in. I also have experience of assisting my sister who's a registered veterinary nurse with pet sitting as she looks after a variety of animals on the occasion someone needs help with pet sitting. I currently run my own Tree Surgery business but working with dogs is something I have wanted to do for many years and I am now finally taking the steps to make this happen!
Even though I am just starting out my dog care business life I do have previous experience with all dog sizes from small to giant breeds.&nbsp;
I do not judge based on breed or behaviour issues and I am happy to care for all dogs and their individual needs.&nbsp;
Been an owner of a reactive dog myself I understand the difficulties that you can face and I have learnt to read dog body language well, doing much research and learning into this subject so I am able to spot triggers early and improvise as needed to keep your dog happy and safe.
Our walks will also be structured different and wouldn't just be a boring walk around the field but would include basic training, sniffing games, play time and mental stimulation to gauntee a happy, content and tired pooch!
Our group walks would be limited to no more then 4 dogs per walk to garuntee time, affection and enrichment is met equally.
During house visits and house sittings the same care would be given as on walks. It wouldn't just be in &amp; out for toilet breaks but basic training (including play time) would be part of the service and making your dog happy would be number 1 priority.
Walks will be trackable and full DBS will be available to view.
I shall be covering Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley for 30 or 60 minute walks, house visits for toilet breaks &amp; training and house sitting as required.&nbsp;

I have owned dogs all my life, and currently have the cutest 6 year old English springer spaniel called Alfie who we have had since a puppy. He is very energetic and loves long walks, but will love just as much to come and cuddle with you. Growing up, I had a black Labrador, which is where my love for dogs began. 

I have lots of experience with all sizes of dogs as well as different ages and different energy levels.
I am great with energetic young dogs as well as laid back sleepy dogs. 
I love taking energetic dogs to new places to explore but also chilling out with laidback sleepy dogs who just like a short stroll.
