Hello! My name is Emma and I'm originally from and currently living in Cambridge and working In a boarding school for international students. I am crazy about animals, and I have grown up with many different cats, dogs, hamsters and guinea pigs.I have experience caring for cats, not just my own, but for friends and family members who have trusted me to look after their pets when on holiday. I have also worked in a petshop and as a dog walker.I've always been especially passionate about cats and at the moment I have a beautiful tortoiseshell cat who is 15 years old and I adore. I think that each animal has its own unique personality and it is important to adapt your care according to their specific needs. As a calm person I also find this helps animals in my company to feel safe.On pet visits I can offer feeds, changing of water bowls, cleaning litter trays, plenty of cuddles (if the animal is comfortable of course) and play. Hello. My name is Candice and I love animals. I grew up having pets at home. We used to look after cats then when our neighbour's dog gave birth to a litter of puppies, we adopted 2 of them. Love their rambunctiousness and sweetness. My sister brought a labrador puppy home in 2008 and fell in love with her from day 1. She sadly passed away in 2018. She was a cute little destroyer. My sister now has a fur baby called Hello, an Americal bully. He has an instagram account and I chat to him regularly. :)&nbsp;
What motivated me to become a petsitter was the rewards you get from looking after them. They are the nicest bosses to have. Sweet, cuddly and playful. There is hardly any dull moment being with them.&nbsp;
My previous experiences of looking after pets were from family and friends. I have pet sit for my sister when she went on  holiday and looked after my former father-in-law and former sister-in-law's pets when they were away.&nbsp;

I'm new to Pawshake but have experience walking and sitting dogs on another platform!
I am a proud owner of an English Pointer energetic enough to run around the world! This experience has taught me how to care for large dogs (30kg +) and the exercise and mental stimulation required for high energy dogs.
From a child, I grew up looking after my grandparents 6 Springer Spaniels (YES, all 6 of them!!) which taught me the skills to look after multiple dogs (3/4) at the same time and how to deal with the challenges associated with this. Additionally, frequently looking after friends and family dogs over 15 years has exposed me to a wide range of dog breeds, big, small, energetic and docile. To list a few.... Labrador, Cocker Spaniel, Bull Dog, Labradoodle, Maltese, Vizsla, Border Collie, and many more!!!
My day usually starts early (around 7 am) which means I'm available for morning walks. I'm a PhD student at the University of Cambridge so available all year round and have a fairly flexible schedule so can pop over during lunch to take care of your dog if needed. Additionally, am available after work and anytime on the weekend so I am flexible to work around you! I currently live in student accommodation so I am unable to house pets, however I am more than happy to come to your home for sitting.
As a proud owner of a large gun dog (English Pointer) I am well experienced in how much exercise is required to keep large dogs entertained! I love to go for long walks in the beautiful Cambridge countryside and stroll through the fields. I am happy to Taylor each day to your dog's personality and needs weather thats playing tug of war, a long game of fetch or just attention and cuddles.

I have extensive experience looking after dogs and cats in Cambridge and in Spain and would love doing it for much longer as their company gives me lot of joy and they make me feel so good. They make my days. :) :)  . I am taking care of dogs, rabbits, hamsters,  turtles, birds , cats ( all sizes and conditions).
I offer the following services:
- DROPS IN: minimum of 30 minutes and up to 60 minutes. I do offer more than one drop in per day so happy to come back to yours again a couple of hours later and do another drop in.
&nbsp;My availability is on Mondays until 3pm, Wednesdays something between 11am/ noon - 3pm and the weekends. I can feed them , play with them etc.
- WALKS: same than above. Same days and times. More flexibility at the weekends. Minimum of 30 minutes walk. Happy to set them up for that with the leash ,give them treats, provide water after the walk.
- HOUSE SITTING at the pet house:  on weekends I can leave the pets alone for 2 or 4 hours and then go back and check on them.  However, on Mondays would have to be 4 hours from 2-6pm. Play, feed them, take them out/garden, sleep routine if they have any. Happy to help with anyth needed.&nbsp;
- evening care: I can provide a few hours of care normally from 6/6:30pm on weekdays. Weekend pretty flexible.&nbsp;
