"We met with Nanni ahead of a planned trip to South Africa, and the experience was excellent from the start. Unfortunately, due to passport delays we had to move our flights and ultimately cancel the trip. She was completely understanding about the situation and very supportive, even offering to help if plans changed again at short notice.
Her first meeting with our pets was lovely, they all clicked immediately, which gave us great confidence in her. Although the trip didn’t go ahead as planned, we've already reached out to Nanni again for future sits and would highly recommend her."

"Roksolana stayed with Ted for a few nights in our home while we were overseas. She was incredibly conscientious. Ted has severe separation anxiety so can’t be left alone, she was very understanding of this, and ensured he wasn’t. She kept us frequently up to date - very reassuring for some anxious dog parents! We will definitely get Lana to look after Ted again. "
