Hi! My name is Danuta, but I usually go by Danka. Nice to meet you! I'm a 31 years old Polish pet lover and I've been living in North East of England for over 11 years. Currently located in Gateshead, Bensham. 
I have always loved pets. I remember when as a child my cousin asked me what would I do if I was super rich when I grow up and I said - I would have a house full of pets! I do not have much experience working as a paid pet sitter but from young age I was a co-owner of fish, rabbit and a dog. Unfortunately my current situation is not suitable for having a pet but I always happily care for my friends furry babies such as dogs, cats and rabbits, when they go away or simply need a favour. I thought, why not turn it into something more and become a pet sitter! What a dream job! 
I offer overnight stays (at owners house as my landlord doesn't allow pets). I'm happy to clean your pets litter box or cage, feed them, play with them, even water your plants. Hope I didn't forget about anything! 
I work shifts in my main job, where I work as a support worker, so my availability depends on my work rota.

Since I was a kid, I have been passionate about animals. In my childhood, I had a dog, cats, birds, and rabits. In the past few years, I had a lizard, a cat, and a big fish tank. In my free time, I like to go to parks and feed pigeons, swans, and seagulls. When I see dogs around me, I simply ask their owners if I can pat their dogs. My friends think that I like pets more than humans! In fact only pets lovers will understand how the companionship of pets, especially dogs and cats, can comfort a human being.
I may not be able to take care of your pet where I live because it is student accommodation, but I will be more than happy to walk your dogs anytime in my breaks (morning, afternoon and at night).I prefer to have and be around vaccinated pets, as this is important for the safety and well being of the animal and the community.
I can understand owners' concern because watching pictures and videos of my cat "Linguine" playing made me happy when I had to travel and leave him with a pet sitter. That is why I'm more than happy to provide you with updated pictures of your buddy.&nbsp;

Hello! My name is Thea and I offer a pet sitting service specifically for cats, where I will visit your home to look after your cat(s) while you are away. I am based in Chester-le-Street, but can travel as far as Durham, Newcastle, or Bishop Auckland if needed. The duration of single visits is about 1 hour, but you can book me for double visits which means I will come twice a day (perfect if your kitties are used to being fed in the morning and evening), or overnight which means I will spend the full 24 hours around your cat, which I know can be reassuring to some people whose feline friends require an extra amount of attention. I have been around pets my entire life, and have owned a cat (on occasion several cats) since the age of 7. I know from experience how difficult it can be to leave your pet when going away, so I would love to help ease this process and make both you and your feline friend's experience apart as comfortable and stress-free as possible by providing them with the utmost care and attention during your time away. I know that every cat is different and always take the time to get to know the cat's own set of needs and ways of communicating. I have previous experience looking after kitties, including shy and aloof cats who tend to warm to me in their own way. If you choose me as your next cat sitter I will make sure your kitty is well taken care of, and will send daily pictures and updates of our time together. I offer daily visits to your home so that your cat can feel comfortable in its own environment, and can also do overnight stays. I am usually available in the morning and early afternoon, but can be made available other times of day if needed. I am also happy to water plants and collect mail. From a ripe old age of 3 my mum had a gorgeous white Persian cat, apparently I was the most gentle with her and I would sit and stroke her gently. Through out my childhood we rescued cats from the street and I would always help build little dens for them and chastise other kids for ever hurting them. That's where my love for cats began. My childhood pet Tabatha was a little pet companion to me she slept in the bed and I learnt to feed her by this time I was around 11. Into my young adult hood we had a gorgeous tortoise shell kitty and I rescued her from a pet shop. It wasn't usual for us but I wanted to keep her safe and in the knowledge she would have comfort and food and not neglected.
I lived with a partner and a big black and white semi wild Tom cat came to our home more often and not and he was very timid to start but got closer til then he popped in every day for breakfast at mine and several other houses (six dinner Sid) but then he stayed at night he was a very humorous cute cat who adopted us! He was a lovely nature but sometimes he'd go astray n I was his cat mum.
I now have a purpose in life to care and protect animals and the cats local to me. I have quickly slotted into the local communitys hub to talk cat and I even sold my premium cat kin food as my Athena didn't want it.Cats and dogs, other small domesticated pets also (guineas/rabbits/rodents) in the Whickham area is a place where I could offer my services.&nbsp;I can do a one to 2 night cat stay if needed or morning breakfast feeds and walks for pooches.I will be relocating to Blyth in the near future so i expect to be there by end of July 2026.Afternoon and evening feeds as well as nurture through care and grooming.I offer cat sitting/dog sit ins walks and daily visits for short visits currently.
