"Sophia was so easy to communicate with, she responded promptly and was genuinely interested in how best to look after our dog. She was happy to meet with us before our booking to meet us as well as get to know our dog. While we were away she sent us updates and checked if there was anything she needed to know. "We feel incredibly lucky to have found Cerys to look after our 13-year-old Labrador, Millie. After recently losing her owner, leaving Millie for 13 days was very difficult, but Cerys immediately put us at ease with her calm and reassuring nature. She handled everything with kindness and professionalism, she kept us updated with WhatsApp messages and videos, which meant so much to us ❤️ She was very respectful of our home, we returned to a happy, well-looked-after dog. "Sarah looked after my littel dachshund Heidi and my cat Luna for 4 days and nights, and they both loved her. She is very conscientious and very caring, and my pets were in best hands. She is very easy to communicate with and send me regular updates with pictures, and she left the house in prestine condition. I will definittely ask Sarah again to look after my two when going away. "Vihan was excellent for us. Came in at really short notice and really helped us out with our two dogs. He stayed at our house and took really good care of it, cleaned up after himself and even left us some curry he made! When we returned, our dogs were noticeably relaxed so I have every confidence they were treated as if they were his own. Will definitely use his services again."

"Mercy looked after our dog, Lennie, and our home for three weeks while we were away, and we couldn’t have been happier with her. She took Lennie out for walks every day and sent us lots of lovely updates and photos on WhatsApp, which was really reassuring and meant we always felt like both Lennie and the house were in very good hands. Mercy is also just a genuinely lovely person. She’s warm, kind and very sweet, and it was a pleasure getting to know her before we left. She was also wonderful with our young daughter, which we really appreciated. We’d happily have Mercy look after Lennie again and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable and trustworthy to care for their pets and home. "

"Patrycja is AMAZING. She stayed at our home and cared for our two cats and our dog, who can be a bit tricky, and was just wonderful in every possible way. Her calming energy immediately put our anxious pooch at ease and he fell in love just as fast as we did!! Patrycja is communicative, kind and polite as can be, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We’d never left our gang with a pet sitter before so to do so for 10 days was a huge deal, but we couldn’t have chosen a better person than Patrycja. "We cannot praise Jo enough. Our two dogs and our cat were so well looked after. We have one elderly dog and one young and very energetic dog. Jo and Andy were able to create an atmosphere that felt calm and friendly which our old dog really appreciated, whilst at the same time holding a space playful enough to keep our younger dog enthused and engaged. Our house was so well kept and it was so lovely to return to a clean space with new sheets and everything so well looked after. Jo communicated with us brilliantly, keeping us well updated as we required and so keeping us feeling secure that our animals and our home were being well kept.
