"Julie looked after our two cats for a week and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From the initial contact we knew we were in good hands; excellent communication, knowledgable and honest. Julie took such good care of our cats and house and provided regular updates and photo’s. One of our cats is very anxious around strangers but Julie made extra effort with him and managed to make him comfortable, she is now one of only a few people he will purr and lounge with! 10/10 recommend Julie a wonderful cat sitter! "

"Our dog Kojak was in love with Lydia from the moment they met and he is very particular about who he will go to. Felt very happy leaving him and our cat Jib in her care while we were on holiday for two weeks and she was great at updating us with pics of her with the pets. It was lovely to relax while we were away knowing that they were happy in her care. Everything was ship shape on our return and we would very much like to use her again in the future. "

"Amazing experience with Iara when booking through Pawshake. As a first time user I was reliant on other user reviews, so adding mine you help the community. Iara was everything you could wish for! Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, confident, attentive, flexible and loves dogs (and chickens). We had open dialogue before her stay, regular communication during the house sitting and we returned to find the house immaculate, as we left it. "Anna stayed at my home and looked after my cat for 10 days. I found Anna to be really trustworthy. She contacted me daily with updates and wasn’t scared to seek clarification on things (which I found reassuring). I came home to find both cat and home as I left them - which is precisely what I wanted! My cat had clearly been cared for in her own environment- so I wasn’t met by a sulky cat! I would definitely use Anna again as her rates are very competitive and my cat is able to stay in her own territory while I’m away."

"Anya looked after my indoor Ragdoll cat, Tali, so incredibly well—I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I’ve had many cat sitters over the years as I’ve moved around a lot, but she truly stands out as exceptional.
She spent loads of time at home with Tali, was patient, warm and kind (he takes a while to warm up to new people), and quickly earned his trust and affection. She kept me updated with regular photos and videos, and went above and beyond to make him feel happy and safe. She even took him out into the garden on his lead and harness—his absolute favourite thing in the world!
Anya left the house absolutely spotless and was wonderful, responsible, and friendly throughout. I came home to a happy and relaxed cat. I think Tali is genuinely going to miss having her around! As a beautiful bonus, she left me a hand-drawn portrait of Tali, which I’ve now framed and keep on my bedside table.
I genuinely feel so lucky to have found someone I can fully trust, knowing she’ll give Tali the best care possible, looking after him as if he was her own. I would recommend her without hesitation to absolutely anyone. Tali and I both hope to have her back soon!"

"Having adopted our blind staffie Mosco just prior to Christmas we've been mindful of including him in our travels but we had a family birthday where he wasn't able to come. Lara was able to step in at quite short notice to come and look after him at home where he knows where things are. Everything has worked well, Mosco doesn't seem to have even noticed our absence and I think he was a good boy for Lara. She sent updates during her stay and everything at home was in great order on our return. When we need to travel again to a non-dog friendly event/place we'll be in touch with Lara as soon as we know :) "
