"This was our first time using a pet sitter and we made the best choice booking with Liv & Katie. As always we’re quite apprehensive leaving our babies when we go away but Liv and Katie have really made this a reassuring experience. "Our first time leaving our pets with a pet sitter so was extremely nervous. We threw A LOT of information at Sam and we are well aware that our pets can be a lot sometimes but he was well up for it and took every bit of information in. We asked if he would bombard us with updates and he was also very happy to do that for us too. The house was nice and tidy when we came home and we can tell our babies have been well looked after. "Larysa has been looking after our dogs for a little while now and she is just so great. One of our dogs has a big personality but Larysa’s calm and gentle manner is clearly a great influence on him. "Simon is fabulous, he took great care of our six dogs and our home. When we came back the house was spotless. And more importantly, he followed all of our instructions including watching our dogs eat to make sure they didn’t choke and keeping the house safe with the alarm system and he also walked two dogs a day separately as requested to ensure their safety around off lead big dogs and other unexpected things. He updated us often (every day which was very appreciated) and was always to the point and clear and reassuring which was appreciated during our busy holidays. Simon’s attention to detail is brilliant and, saying this as someone who used to be an experienced pet sitter myself, you will struggle to find someone as good as him! "

"Joseph is a charming and pleasant young man and we have been delighted in the manner in which he has looked after our pets while we have been away on holiday. Joseph soon built up a relationship with Dexter & Chandler and has prepared their food in the manner we do and has taken them out on regular walks and even bathed them when then came back from a particular walk rather muddy! He has proved ultra reliant and we are sure that they have enjoyed being cared for by Joseph.
We arrived home to an extremely clean house that he had obviously looked after and respected. Regular updates and photographs were sent by Joseph and we felt reassured and comforted to know our little treasures were happy and being extremely well cared for and happy in our absence. We would not hesitate using Joseph again and would highly recommend his excellent service to anyone looking for a responsible sitter.

"I contacted Vanessa after carefully reading a handful of profiles - she seemed like a really good fit for my needs. Vanessa visited us once before we booked to make sure it was a good fit for all (she was staying in my house for the 8 days we would be away) and I just got a warm feeling straight away. She’s very experienced with cats and very nuanced to their behaviours and personalities. Even the first visit was exceptional with my timid little girl going straight over to Vanessa for a stroke - never happens! After the first visit I booked Vanessa and she came to see us again a week before hols to get house keys and just run through a few things. Vanessa is a vegetarian so I bought some food for her to make sure she had enough for at least a few days (plus a few little thank you gifts and treats).
During the holiday, I got plenty of updates and photos which was really reassuring as I have 3 cats with totally different needs. My youngest was recovering from a nasty bite and needed watching closely (discharged by vet but wound still healing) - he also has separation anxiety and needs quite a lot of attention. My oldest is partially deaf and blind and needs help sometimes when it’s food time. My middle cat is a total outdoors girl - so it can be hard to keep track of her just to make sure she’s still around and ok.
Vanessa did a fabulous job. My cats really took to her which is such a relief (I know how picky they can be). They had lots of play and were fed,watered and cuddled lots ❤️My youngest took a real shine to her and of the 3 he’s the least likely to attach himself to anyone else.
Vanessa is a confident cat carer and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again or recommend her. She even stayed calm in the first few days when the front door lock broke and we worked out a solution. My house was lovely and tidy when I got home too.
Vanessa is just a lovely person, warm, genuine and a genuine cat lover. What more could you ask for? Thanks again Vanessa from Sarah, Custard, Crumble and Milo. "

"Julian recently looked after my two cats, my German Shepherd, and even my fish, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, which made leaving my pets and home in his care much easier.
He managed everything really well and clearly paid attention to each animal’s needs. When I returned, the house was modestly clean and well looked after, which I really appreciated.

"This was our first time using a pet sitter (ever!). It was great for us and our furs to be able to meet Lou beforehand. loads of appropriate questions were asked to make sure the needs of all our furs would be met. Whilst away, Lou sent plenty of pictures and videos every day along with updates, which really put us at ease, and we could see how happy and comfortable they all were in Lou's company. This was ever more important as all are rescues and one of our rescue dogs is particularly nervous (although has made great improvements with us) with strangers- we could see her happy wagging tail in the videos which really made our day! we will 100% be booking Lou again, its really taken the stress of having to organise babysitting with family/friends etc away! Thank you so much again Lou! 🌟"

"Evie and her partner were wonderful sitters. We were worried about leaving Lilly our anxious labrador on her own for the first time but needn't have been. Evie played with her, took her out for walks and even on a little trip to a local nature park. When we had to come home early in the middle of the night, Evie very kindly waited up for us and made sure Lilly was ok before saying goodbye. A very tired and happy labrador has tobe the perfect sign of a good sitting."

"Koraisha has been fantastic from start to finish. I needed someone to watch 4 dogs during a hospital stay and it's not for the fainthearted, I spotted Koraisha and though she was a bit further out her profile led me to believe that she was experienced and wouldn't be put off by 4 dogs, one of which is a very old boy. Her communication from the onset was excellent and she came out and met the dogs, and was a natural with them putting me and them at ease. My old dog had a seizure the night before Koraisha arrived so I was a bit stressed, but she was unflappable and put me at ease, and he was fine throughout the stay under her care. During the stay she was excellent sending videos to let me know how they were doing, and offering to do shopping for me for when I returned. I think she was the perfect choice to offer my dogs lots of love and cuddles during her stay, and I will definitely have her back again if she hasn't been put off."

"We were visiting North Yorkshire for a wedding and needed a sitter to care for our 11 year old Labrador and our 4 month old Patterdale puppy on her first holiday. We instantly felt at ease when Brook arrived at our cottage and the dogs absolutely loved her. She gave us pupdates through the evening so we could relax and when we came back the dogs were happily chilled out and sleeping. Couldn’t ask for more than that.
