I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10, and over the years, I’ve built strong bonds with pets of all kinds. From puppies to adult dogs and even senior care, I've had the pleasure of looking after a wide variety of breeds. I raised my own Jack Russell Cross, Bella Boo, from puppyhood to 11 years old and cared for my sisters' dogs (Staffie, Rottweiler, Pugs, Chihuahua, Samoyed, and Chihuahua cross). 
I've also cared for my neighbour’s 10 cats, socialising and looking after them regularly. My experience also includes house-sitting for a cat for two weeks, ensuring they were well taken care of in their own space. My name is Prisca and I am based in Brighton. Unfortunately due to my living situation I am unable to have pets of my own at the moment, so I thought that pet sitting could be a nice way to spend time with animals while helping people out! I'm 35, self-employed and I live not too far from lots of green spaces (Preston Park, Wild Park, The Level, St Ann's Wells etc.), so I can be flexible with timings and I'm always up for a nature walk, as it's so accessible.
I have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, but would be happy to look after any pet. I like to go on a lot of nature walks, so if you have a dog (or adventurous cat!) I would love to take them out with me, but would be equally happy keeping them company at home, depending on their preference. I know people have different ways of training their pets, so I am very happy to adhere to whatever guidelines you provide. I've spent time with very elderly dogs who required a lot of care, so I have experience dealing with very unique requirements, and I've also been a sitter for lots of cats who ranged from being super affectionate to not wanting much interaction. Either way, I just want to make sure they are happy while you are away!
I offer overnight pet sitting in your home, daily visits and/or daily walks. These can vary in timings, as different pets have different needs, but I will always discuss the details before we confirm a booking to make sure we're on the same page. Past pet owners that I've been a sitter for have asked for visits that included some play time, others just wanted someone to come and feed their pet and then leave - whatever you prefer, I'm easy!

Hi,My name is Silvia and I am a passionate animal lover. With a 6+ year experience in rescues (Dogs Trust) and daycare settings, I offer walking, sitting and training services in Brighton, Hove, Shoreham-by-Sea and Portslade. From dog walking (solo walks, 1 hour long, country walks included), drop in visits up to 2 hours at any time of the day including evenings, daytime sitting (timing is flexible) and overnight staying at your house. I am available most days of the week, days and times of services will need discussing according to your needs and my availability. During my stay with your pet I will make sure they receive the best care, cuddles and entertainment with games and training when applicable.&nbsp;I am first aid trained and I am qualifying as a canine behaviour specialist so I can offer advice on training and management of dogs with special needs. I recently moved to Hove with my fiancé after graduating last summer, but I have lived near Brighton all my life so I am very familiar with the area.&nbsp;
I was very fortunate to grow up with multiple pets in my family home, and I also spent lots of time on my grandad's farm. So living in an apartment now that doesn't allow pets long-term is really hard and I feel such an emptiness without any! I'd really love to help out any local pet owners with dog walking and/or home visits ️
I currently work two other jobs as a waitress and an actress, so I'm always available in the mornings. However, if you require any home visits or walks in the evenings or afternoons please don't hesitate to still get in touch and we can try and arrange something! Unfortunately I don't currently have a car but I live very central. I have easy access to buses and trains so I am willing to travel further out for home visits if required. Most of my walks will take place on the seafront as I love the beach and I think it's a great place for dogs to get some exercise! However, there are some lovely parks nearby too that I would also be more than happy to go to
