"Sophia was absolutely amazing looking after our dogs while we were away. She kept us updated with regular messages, which gave us real peace of mind, and it was clear our dogs were happy, relaxed, and very well cared for. Our house was also left spotless, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. On the last day, Luna pulled a nail, and Sophia stayed with her until we got home to make sure she was comfortable and not alone. We were incredibly grateful for her kindness and dedication. "Petal has house and pet sat for us for a full week. She has looked after our lively dog, two house bunnies and five guinea pigs. We left very detailed care instructions for all our pets, including cleaning out, and these were followed exactly. Communication was brilliant- we felt reassured that our pets were being well looked after whilst we were away and, on occasions, Petal even went above and beyond. She was very neat & tidy around our house and we returned to find it exactly as we left it. I would highly recommend Petal as a trusted house and pet sitter and we will certainly be making use of her services again. "As soon as we met Patricia we felt at ease with her caring for our cats while we were away for a week. She absolutely exceeded expectations. She won over both our shy/aloof cats in record time, and took extra care to communicate with us throughout the stay. She also administered asthma medication twice daily to our cat Luna, and skillfully monitored her for asthma symptoms in our absence. Patricia was competent, caring, and wonderful with our pets and we will absolutely be rebooking her next time we leave town. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Patricia 🤗. "
