"Alice has a loving and caring nature so she bonded with our dog Maddie immediately. She treated her to lots of walks and plenty of playtime. She sent great regular updates (she is quite the photographer!) so we knew our baby was enjoying life. House was kept immaculate throughout. Would highly recommend Alice and definitely use her again as a dog sitter. "

"Shannon cared for my bulldog while we were away first time ever I had booked a dog sitter and I couldn’t have been happier.
She was in constant communication sending photos and updates so I felt relaxed knowing bear was ok.
Shannon was very patient with my dog as he was quite the challenge at times and I would be more than happy to book Shannon again she is a really lovely person ! "

"I honestly don’t know how to express how exceptional our experience with Ionuț was. He didn’t simply do a great job.. he went far beyond anything we could ever have expected from a cat sitter.
From the very beginning, he followed everything we explained with incredible care and attention. More importantly, he made both of our cats feel completely safe, relaxed and comfortable with him.
Our cats is normally reversed and aggressive with people he doesn’t know, yet they were lying beside Ionuț and even one of them were sleeping on his chest.. something we have genuinely never seen them do with someone outside the family. And both cats clearly became attached to him.
What impressed us even more was how observant he was. One of our cats had been eating less recently and Ionuț noticed something around his feeding area that could have been affecting him. He addressed it and somehow managed to get him eating even better again. This showed us that he wasn’t simply following instructions… he was actually watching their behaviour, understanding them and thinking about what they needed.
He clearly has an excellent understanding of cats… their behaviour, their boundaries, how to approach them, how to gain their trust and how to notice when something is not quite right.
Another thing that genuinely amazed us was that he managed to clean our cats’ eyes. They normally do not allow people they don’t know to do this at all, so we had considered it almost impossible. The fact that they trusted him enough to let him do it says more than anything we could write here.
Throughout our trip, he sent us wonderful photos and videos, and we could clearly see how happy and comfortable the cats were. We never had to worry about them.
He is also an exceptionally trustworthy, respectful and clean person. And then he went far beyond cat sitting altogether. Without us asking or expecting anything, he left our entire house absolutely spotless… including the garden and even the front entrance. He also prepared delicious homemade tiramisu, bread and hummus and left us a homemade jar as well. We were honestly overwhelmed by how much effort, care and kindness he put into everything, and almost felt embarrassed that he had done so much for us.
What started as finding someone to look after our cats ended with us meeting a genuinely wonderful person whom we now consider a friend.
Our cats absolutely loved him, we trust him completely, and we could not recommend him highly enough. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel sufficient.
Thank you Ionuț, for taking such extraordinary care of Selim and Ashley and for everything else you did for us. We really cannot thank you enough."

"This is the first time we’ve left the cats where we have immediately felt confident they would be okay. They are indoor cats, used to lots of company and with plenty of quirks. Lauren and Helen were considerate and took seriously the cats’ needs from before the sitting began. They kept us updated and were easy and quick to communicate with. "We had a fantastic experience with Annie and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
She stayed at our home for 4 days looking after Harry our cat and Toffee our dog, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. Annie was great at making sure Toffee got plenty of walks and exercise, and she regularly sent us lovely updates and photos of both Harry and Toffee, which we really appreciated.
When we returned home, everything was exactly as we left it—if not better! Annie clearly went the extra mile to keep everything clean and tidy. She even surprised us with a beautiful drawing of Toffee, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.

"Tsvetelina was an absolute gem! We were in a bit of a last minute panic with care for our pug, Ziggy, and Tsveti was able to come back to us quickly, communicate her availability, and even managed to squeeze in a meet and greet before the care date at short notice. She was immediately someone who put our minds at ease, and she clearly knows her stuff around dog behaviour and understanding their needs and characters. She took the time to ask specific questions for Ziggys care which she executed down to a T, and on the day, provided us with lots of updates and pictures, and truly did make us feel at ease and grateful to have found someone like Tsveti who really cares for the animals she works with.
