I trained as a Vet for 4 years in my younger years before moving to Sports Science, but my love for animals has always remained.
I’ve worked in vets, farms, college, kennels/ Catteries, pet shop, grooming parlour and many more.
I’m unable to stay at a clients home overnight, however I do offer day care at the clients own home Mon-Fri at set times. No longer then 10 hours.
I’m super flexible during the weekdays (daytime) and can also be available for some weekends.
I’m self employed so my schedule is under my terms.
Weekends are only available booked 3 weeks in advance &amp; are charged at higher rate to weekdays, £50 weekday, £65 weekend.
If you would like your dog(s) walked I charge  £15 per walk / per hour. If you have 2 dogs from the same household it will be reduced to £10 for the 2nd dog.
I visit the owners home ahead of the sitting to become familiar with the animal &amp; build trust with it within its own home. There is no fee for this provided it is less then 5 miles away.

As a mother and a lifelong dog owner, I understand that your dog is a cherished member of your family. I bring a high level of organisation, reliability, and professional integrity to my work, ensuring your pet is safe and well cared for while you are away.
My experience is built on years of personal ownership and caring for the pets of friends and family. I am experienced with a wide range of breeds, but I have a particular love for Jack Russell Terriers. I enjoy their spirited personalities and the unique energy they bring, and I am very comfortable managing the "terrier attitude" with patience and consistency. To ensure I provide the best possible care, I am currently studying for my Level 3 in K9 Care and Welfare (VTQ).
My Routine and Care Approach
I believe that a consistent, predictable routine is essential for a dog's well being. During a typical home visit or walk, I start with a thorough safety check of your dog’s lead and harness. We will head out to local spots for exercise and mental stimulation.
After our walk, I ensure paws are wiped, ticks are checked for, and fresh water is provided. If I am sitting at your home, I strictly follow your dog's feeding and garden schedule to keep their stress levels low.
Safety, Trust and Training
Your dog’s safety and your home's security are my absolute priorities.

Vetted and Insured: I am fully DBS checked and operate with comprehensive pet sitting insurance.
Emergency Prepared: I am VTQ K9 First Aid trained and I carry a pet specific first aid kit on all walks and have your dog's veterinary surgery details.
Specialised Care: I am very comfortable with various temperaments. For nervous dogs, I use a patient, low-pressure approach to build trust at their own pace.

I pride myself on clear, professional communication and will provide you with regular photos and updates throughout our time together so you have total peace of mind.
Walks are 30 minutes from your home but if you need longer please let me know.

I have always loved spending time with animals and never tire of cuddles and games with them. &nbsp;I have a two beautiful 11 year old cats - William and Harry who we adopted about 5 years ago when one of our lovely neighbours passed unexpectedly, they are absolutely my surrogate babies and can do no wrong in my eyes (despite their desire to play at all hours). To counter their general calmness I also have a very excitable, 75kg St Bernard puppy - Teddy. &nbsp;He looks exactly as he should with his name and leaves a trail of destruction, slobber and fur behind him wherever he goes… He’s my dream puppy and my biggest baby! ️
These three and my 3 year old human daughter fill my home with love, laughter and noise but mean I’m definitely not allowed to bring any more furry babies into it so I needed to branch out.&nbsp;
I’ve had many different pets through the years and so am experienced with most elements of care and I understand how precious these creatures are so will care for all of your furry family members with the same level of love and attention I would expect for my own. &nbsp;I follow instruction well and am able to use my own initiative through personal experience. Comfortable administering medication as needed, of course under your direction.&nbsp;
I know it’s important, especially with cats, to keep them in their own environment when you go away and if you are able to trust me in your home and with your babies I’ll do my best to replicate your existing routines and find a way to bond with them myself so that they can feel comfortable in my presence. &nbsp;

You could probably open a zoo with the amount of animals I've had to look after / own / care for! My childhood has always been surrounded by furry friends and even when younger my parents used to dog sit! I've got a little experience of playing and looking after ferrets and cats but my biggest knowledge is dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm available throughout the day at different times but happy to adjust to your animal's needs if there's a specific time required. If your animal is a nervous one, we can arrange a meet up so that it's not a stranger on their first meet in their home. Home visits can be adjusted, I set the times for 30 mins or an hour but if more / less is needed just let me know. Walks can also be adjusted depending on the fitness level, age and demand of your pet. I also love taking photos so the chances are you'll have a pet photoshoot included! By day to day I'm cabin crew due to my restricted flying hours I get a lot of time off and with plans to hopefully buy my own home next year with my partner, I'm looking to earn some extra money to help us get there a little bit quicker! It's vital for an animal to get their daily walks and exercise and sometimes life gets in the way of being able to get them the full attention they deserve. My husband and I are keen adventurers we love walking, nature and cosying up to watch a movie. We are very disciplined with pet routines and are very keen to spoil them with lots of affection once they warm up to us. I have owned numerous pets including aquatic pets  (fish/axolotl), birds(budgies), rats, and chickens since childhood. All of which have lived well past their maximum life expectancy, and have had positive reports from their vets. I have even managed to travel with my pets they settled well. We love pets and would love to own more if we could move to a bigger space (dog or cat). My husband and I would love to travel the uk more and we are open to any setup.
