"This was our first time using a pet sitter (ever!). It was great for us and our furs to be able to meet Lou beforehand. loads of appropriate questions were asked to make sure the needs of all our furs would be met. Whilst away, Lou sent plenty of pictures and videos every day along with updates, which really put us at ease, and we could see how happy and comfortable they all were in Lou's company. This was ever more important as all are rescues and one of our rescue dogs is particularly nervous (although has made great improvements with us) with strangers- we could see her happy wagging tail in the videos which really made our day! we will 100% be booking Lou again, its really taken the stress of having to organise babysitting with family/friends etc away! Thank you so much again Lou! 🌟"

"Nina was absolutely the right choice for my 9 month old puppy, Cleo! Their bond was immediate and I could tell they were going to have a great day together. Cleo now gets excited at the mention of Nina's name and I know she's looking forward to their next adventure. My house was left immaculately and I enjoyed lots of communication from Nina, including pictures and videos, throughout the day. Overall, Nina is a really thoughtful and conscientious professional and I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to return to our home to take care of Cleo!"

"We recently used Marc to look after our two Newfoundlands, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care they received. From the start, it was clear they were in safe and capable hands. He took the time to properly engage with them, kept them well entertained, and made sure they were walked regularly – which is no small task with two big Newfies! "I would highly recommend Nicola. We had a lovely meet and greet - Nicola is really interesting - but more importantly you could feel how kind and gentle she is with the animals. Nicola looked after our 3 rescue dogs, 2 cats and even gave hay to the horses. Whilst away Nicola gave me regular updates and photos. if she had any queries she immediately sent a message to clarify which was so reassuring. One of our older dogs was unable to walk with the other two. Nicola was more than happy to take Maddy on her own little slower paced walks and followed the instructions to keep her happy and well. When we got home, the dogs were very excited to see us but also nice and relaxed. Always a good sign. I would definitely use Nicola again. "

"We had a fantastic experience with Alice! She took such great care of our dog, Bagel and kept us updated throughout which gave us complete peace of mind. Bagel was happy, comfortable and well cared for the entire time. She is friendly, reliable and genuinely loves dogs.
