Since a young age, I’ve walked a variety of small to large dog breeds. I've looked after multiple dogs (&amp; breeds) from puppies to rescues during the day including overnight and have my golden retriever Luna who I’ve trained from 9 weeks old myself so I’m confident with puppies. I have a lot of patience and use the gentle approach to any situation while making sure it’s in the best interest of the individual character.

I provide dog walking, pet sitting and long-term holiday cover for dogs, cat and small animals.

We’ll explore new local areas and smells on walks, can play indoor games such as tug of war, relaxing play with toys or have some cuddle time - all depending on your dogs needs.

It’s important to let me know your dogs food schedule or any allergies they may suffer from. Please tell me more about your dogs behaviour while playing and interacting with people and dogs.

My neighbours trusted me with looking after their cats when they were on holiday when I was younger. My love for animals and looking after them has carried on throughout the years. It is important for me to understand the needs of your cat and continue to carry this on when looking after them to ensure you have a piece of mind when you are away.

Hi! My name is Lizzie and I love being with animals and in nature. I am a youthful, very responsible, calm and friendly 51 year old. I was brought up in the English countryside and have had dogs, cats and guinea pigs most of my life until more recently when life became unsuitable for owning pets because of travelling etc. I'm not much of a photo person so don't have many pics of me with animals as yet! :) More recently I have often taken care of my friend's two very sweet yorkie poos - Lalla from about 13 years ago until she sadly passed from lung cancer almost 2 years ago, and more recently Lalla's grandson Thor (I know! ;) ) who is very bouncy, sweet, 1.5 years old and ridiculously cute!I was inspired to try housesitting on my recent trip to Australia (my partner is from NE Victoria). We met with friends, one of whom is also housesitting, and two others who had lovely dogs I wished I could spend more time with.
In the past I have worked with children through social services, worked as a receptionist in a healthcare centre, and I now rent a room in my house on airbnb. I love to make people happy during their stay, and have been a 'superhost' for over 2 years. I love to spend time with animals - and I greatly miss having a pet. My priority will always be to ensure that your pet is taken care of according to their needs - whether they like to play, cuddle or just be, whether they are excited or anxious, I will help them feel relaxed and allow them to set the pace of our interaction.

Walks are always tailored to your dogs age, fitness levels and individual needs. I typically offer walks from 30mins- couple of hours. I generally avoid leaving your animal for long periods and will always discuss there individual needs beforehand. I'll always provide regular updates photos and videos during there stay so you can see how they're getting on. 
My working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. But I am able to pop in during my lunch hour if needed for nearby pets that need company or a toilet break. I will always provide a good walk in the morning before work and another walk in the evening.

Ideally I am looking for jobs easily walkable to in Jericho/Walton Manor/Summertown/city centre as the city is difficult to navigate across and it takes time!
&nbsp;I am a PT nurse. I am an ex police officer and have worked with dog handlers on many jobs.  I have now done many dog/cat++ sits over the last year together with my son who is looking for cat/fish sits in Bristol from 1 October 2023.
&nbsp;As a child, we had a Cairn Terrier, Rabbie, which I took to dog training classes. We also had guinea pigs and a siamese cat, Tara. I also walked my sister's various Heinz dogs (2 were rescue) when I visited her.
&nbsp;I am not in a position to have my own dog at the moment, but would like to walk dogs and do dog sitting, as I am a dog and animal lover and want to keep fit.  I am happy to feed dogs too if required. 
I charge £15 for a 30 minute walk and £20 for an hour. £5 per half hour for another dog.
I believe dog companionship is good therapy for well being.&nbsp;
I would like to do dog sitting my rate is £38 a night. I am looking forward to walking in the meadow, canal and river paths and parks with a four legged friend!
