Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Warrington home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Warrington.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Warrington home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

After years of looking after my own cats, and cat sitting friends' and families' cats when they go on holiday, I've decided to finally set myself up as a cat sitter and start doing the thing I love the most full-time!I'm DBS checked, and am currently working with the Animal Care College to achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Feline First Aid. I believe every cat has their own distinct personality and I love getting to know each and every one. During my visits I like to take the time to let the cats get to know me, to have a good sniff and find out where I've come from. I take it nice and slow with shy cats - my Jinx is very shy, even after 10 years the smallest thing can make him run and hide, so I know to be slow and calm at all times with him. I love spending time playing with them too - I never just feed them and run.I've had pets all my life, from the family dog when I was little, to hamsters, gerbils, fish, hermit crabs, guinea pigs, rabbits, and of course, cats. I got my first cat, a gorgeous long-haired rescue called Benny, when I was 18, and I haven't been without a cat since - in fact I usually have two. My cats are both indoor cats as we live near busy roads, but we are big outdoor animal fans too, and have feeders for birds and squirrels that we regularly replenish in our garden. We're getting a big selection of birds visit us at the moment, including greenfinch, bluetits, doves, blackbirds, and woodpeckers. We're currently redesigning our garden to have a big wildflower area to encourage bees and other insects. Nature and animals are our thing ️Core Cat Services:FeedingChanging waterRefreshing litter trays - either just a scoop or a full change Play and enrichment timeNature and cuddle timeBrushing / grooming timeDaily photos and details of your petsExtra Optional Services:Closing and opening curtains so your home looks occupiedWatering plantsTaking out / bringing in wheely binsBuy essentials for your first day back home (extra charge - ask for details)If you give me your flight number I will keep an eye on it and add extra visit(s) in case of delays/cancellations (no extra charge if no extra visits carried out)If you need me to do anything else don't hesitate to ask - I'm sure we can come to an agreement.

fully licensed and dbs checked dog sitter
Plenty of experience with all breeds of dogs & puppies.
I have experience working in a doggy day care with over 20 dogs aswell as dog sitting. I also have my own dog business called doggydash
I am a huge dog lover and would probably say my favourite breed is a rottweiler, french bulldog or a cavalier. Being a pet sitter has always been something I have been interested in for many years and is a huge passion of mine
I offer drop in visits, overnight stays, solo or group dog walks and I also offer to look after any other small animals or horses you may have. I will also give you regular updates photos and videos of your pooch
I can accomodate to all your specific pets needs and have a very flexible schedule.
I cover many areas in Cheshire
Please contact to arrange a meet & greet with your furry friend and also a trial! ️

Hi everyone .I'm a regular dog walker now since 2023 , and I have to say it's the best job I ever had . Dog walking and animal care is a very special position, it is work that gives satisfaction and fulfillment, and finally, work that has a deeper meaning .We get so much from animals, so it is very important that we know how to repay them and simply be there for them I've had cats since I was a kid , they've always been at home. I always wanted to have a dog too ,but since the house was full of cats, I borrowed dogs from friends to take them for long walks.I think home without a cat or a dog or any animals is just a house.
I'm a full time dog walker/sitter . Me schedule is very I'm available every week day, weekends can be discussed as well . If you have any questions about availability just ask , I'm here to help .
I've got a nice walking area around me to walk your dog .
I will care for your pet as it was my own , with patient and love .
I'm also yoga lover which is great fun for some dogs who often like to join the exercise .I'm open for owners suggestions and needs.I also have completed a Feline Behaviour and Psychology training and Pet sitting and dog walking diploma .I also have experience caring for puppies and kittens.
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviours that I can account for. Or if your cat is maybe a bit not human friendly don't worry I know that type of cats .
Feel free to message me with any questions . I can set up free meet and greet so your welcome to meet me face to face before you make decision .

Hi - My name's Christina, and I absolutely love animals. My family boarded pets for people while I was growing up, and I’ve provided dog walks for family, friends and people for many years now.

I'm passionate about dogs and love spending time with them. I'll ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention, and affection.

When I’m pet sitting or walking dogs, I make sure they are safe and feel comfortable. I follow their normal routine as closely as I can and always have a plan for emergencies. I communicate with owners and respect their wishes.

It’s important to me that the pets I care for have a great time and feel loved.

I can’t offer pet sitting in my own home, but I’m happy to stay/visit your pet at your house if that is an option.

I am available weekdays and weekends to walk dogs or house-sit.

Drop me a message. Happy to set up a regular schedule of walks/visits with your pet.

Hi there! My name is Stephanie, and I am a massive animal lover with years of experience caring for furry friends. I understand how stressful it can be for owners to leave their beloved pets behind, so my goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where your pets can feel right at home.I have extensive experience with dogs, from energetic puppies to senior pets that require a bit more patience and gentle care.
Whether it's going for long walks, engaging in active playtime, or simply offering plenty of cuddles on the sofa, I tailor my services to meet the unique personality and needs of every pet. I am very attentive to their routines and will ensure they follow their usual feeding and exercise schedule.
To ensure the safety and health of all the animals in my care, I only take vaccinated pets into my home.
I am a responsible, reliable and communicative sitter, and I'm happy to send you regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you are away. I look forward to meeting your wonderful pets and treating them like members of my own family!

Hi, I'm Sophie! I’m passionate about animals, and it shows - I practically gravitate toward them! It’s a running joke among my friends that you get no sense out of me the moment a dog is in the room . I love spending time with pets, whether it’s playing, cuddling, or simply being around them.I regularly look after friends’ dogs and have experience with a variety of breeds, personalities, and routines. One of my proudest moments is earning the trust of some of the most reactive dogs - like the adorable dachshund in my pics - which is no small feat!My motivation is simple: I know how much peace of mind it brings to leave your pet with someone you trust. I strive to provide a calm, safe, and friendly environment where your pet feels relaxed, secure, and genuinely cared for.I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, day care, and overnight sitting — all tailored to your pet’s needs. Whether it’s playtime, exercise, or just companionship, I make sure they get the attention they deserve. And of course, I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can relax knowing your furry friend is happy and cared for

Hi!
My name is Karolina and I have set up this profile with my boyfriend Josh.
We both have had dogs all our lives and we miss them now! We are definitely considering getting a dog in the future so pet sitting will be a great experience!
We have looked after a few cats and a dog on Pawshake so understand how much care, love and attention your pets need.
We have plenty of experience walking dogs and looking after dogs for our family and friends.
We are more than happy to walk and pet sit and promise to give your pets all the love they deserve!
We love a long walk (or short if your pet prefers!) and like exploring new parks and interesting places.
Back home I have two rescue dogs and Josh has one dog at his family home too and we have no pets in Altrincham.
We are happy to take your dog on a walk, most preferably on a weekend but if you are close to Altrincham then we are happy with weekday evening walks (after 5pm) then that's ok! We are happy to travel to you too if it is accessible by public transport.
We are very keen to look after your dog and we are both very responsible. We will play/train the dog and follow your advice and are happy to look after your flowers too! Happy to sort the bins and water any plants too.
In terms of pet sitting, we are more than happy to stay over 1 or 2 nights if we can work from home (just wifi and a place to sit!). We are also happy for longer stays too with some notice.
I am fluent in Polish and Josh is trying his best on Duolingo!
Thank you for reading!
Please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to help!

Hi! I’m Yannis, an IT specialist by day and a passionate cat admirer at heart. While I don’t currently have a cat of my own, I absolutely love them—their quirky personalities, soothing purrs, and that perfect mix of independence and affection just melts me every time. I often help friends cat-sit when they’re away, and it’s genuinely one of my favorite things to do. Whether it’s playing with them, watching their silly antics, or just having a quiet cuddle session, I cherish every moment. One day, I hope to have a cat of my own, but for now, I’m more than happy being the go-to cat aunt in my friend group. And also I’m happy to being a cat sitter as well!

I offer loving, reliable, and attentive care for your feline friend while you’re away.

 What I offer:
 • Excellent treat giver – With your permission, of course!
 • Cuddler extraordinaire – Only if your cat is into that sort of thing
 • Playtime partner – Feather wands, laser pointers, you name it
 • Clean and tidy – Litter boxes scooped, food/water bowls refreshed, no mess left behind
 • Daily updates – Photos and messages so you know your cat is happy and safe

I’m available for cat sitting in Urmston, Stretford or Manchester city centre area.

Whether your cat loves attention or prefers quiet companionship, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Let’s chat and see if I’m the right fit for your furry friend!

Hi, my name is Ching Man, I am now a cat owner. I also have experience keeping doggy, hamster and aquarium fish since I was young. Giving them love and care. Of course I will provide you photos and videos during sitting. I am base in Warrington and also happy to serve the area : Widnes, Runcorn, Partington, St. Helens....Feel free to ask more about me :DUnfortunately, I live in flat and already have one cat, l can't keep another one because that may cause my cat stressful.Language : Chinese, English At least 1 hour per visit 30 minutes per walking
