Hello! My name is Rachel, and I am a dedicated and passionate pet sitter. As a pet owner myself, with five healthy and happy cats at home, I understand the immense love and care that pets require. My motivation to become a pet sitter stems from my lifelong affection for animals and my desire to provide them with the best possible care when their owners are away.
Growing up, I always had pets around me, starting with small dogs that were my companions throughout my childhood. When I got my first pet, a rabbit, I learned the importance of responsibility and empathy towards animals.&nbsp;
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in pet sitting, ensuring that each pet feels comfortable, loved, and well-cared-for in my presence. Whether it's feeding, walking, playing, or simply providing companionship, I am committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for every pet I look after.
In my pet sitting services, I prioritize the health and well-being of the animals. I only accept vaccinated pets to ensure the safety of all the pets in my care, as well as my own. I am well-versed in administering medications and handling pets with special needs, making sure they receive the attention they deserve.
My home is pet-friendly, filled with cozy spaces and plenty of toys to keep your furry friends entertained. We grew up with dogs of our own of various breeds who had been an integral part of the family dynamics. As well as cats and birds. Over last two years we have been looking after pets of our friends and colleagues when they travell and so we now offer care to the pets who's owners need to delegate it for short periods of time. 
Times of care are flexible with a both AM/PM and the 7 days of the week available prior to agreement.  Services other than feeding, walking and playing could include partial grooming and some basic training.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Walks are timed as minimun of 30 minutes up to 2 hours. While the home visits and home sitting are agreed on the individual basis as needed.  Plants and mail is taken care of during home visits.&nbsp;
Ideally the dogs are taken to a nearest park or green area for a walk. Unless there is a preferred and familiar route due to behavioural nuanses.&nbsp;
My partner and I both work busy and at times stressful careers in NHS and so it's a great feeling to have animals around you in your free time. Its also something that we enjoy doing as a couple with our children now all being teenagers. 
We welcome offers for up to 3 dogs and / or cats at a tone. As well as outside farm animals and birds kept in the house. Limited experience with reptiles but happy to discuss.

I live in a chalet type bungalow 2 storey with my husband and 2 teenages sons 16 & 18. I have garden for animals to play and roam outside. I have had several of family and friends pets over but ideally would prefer to house sit but more than happy to do daycare. I was working full time and often did this to help friends out but since I have been made redundant after 30 years in one job and I love running and animals this seemed to be the ideal time to make the change.I have a Country Park 10 mins down the road and access to many rural areas for dog walks. I have always had animals throughout my life and have a true passion for there well being and keeping

Ever since I was little I have been surrounded by cats. I especially have a soft spot for rescue and senior cats.Black cats in particular as there are lots of miss conceptions about them and are more difficult to rehome in a rescue.I have lots of previous experience in being a cat sitter and caring for animals. Its great to meet new people and their furry friends.I do drop in visits in my local area and overnight stays too for cats which need closer monitoring.Vists are 1 hour and you will receive daily updates.&nbsp;I do all the usual such as feeding and changing litter trays.Putting the rubbish bins out and watering plants. I play and entertain your cats taking lots of photos and videos so you know they are in good hands.I experience with raw feeding and&nbsp; I can give medication supplements.I have experience with shy and more cautious cats. And of course super&nbsp;energetic cats who need lots of enrichment and stimulating play.I am happy to care for cats with specialist needs such as asthma.&nbsp;

I’ve had cats &amp; dogs all my life, I absolutely adore all sizes of dogs, all ages of dogs and I love going on a dog walk and making friends with every dog I meet! I also love all cats, I'm definitely more a cat man than a dog man but will always love your baby as if they're mine
I will always abide to the owners rules. If the dog cannot go upstairs or cat cannot go out I will ensure that the stair gate is closed, cat flap locked and make sure before I leave that your pet is safe inside, any medication needed to be taken &amp; make sure the owner &amp; the dog both feel comfortable
