My name is Prisca and I am based in Brighton. Unfortunately due to my living situation I am unable to have pets of my own at the moment, so I thought that pet sitting could be a nice way to spend time with animals while helping people out! I'm 35, self-employed and I live not too far from lots of green spaces (Preston Park, Wild Park, The Level, St Ann's Wells etc.), so I can be flexible with timings and I'm always up for a nature walk, as it's so accessible.
I have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, but would be happy to look after any pet. I like to go on a lot of nature walks, so if you have a dog (or adventurous cat!) I would love to take them out with me, but would be equally happy keeping them company at home, depending on their preference. I know people have different ways of training their pets, so I am very happy to adhere to whatever guidelines you provide. I've spent time with very elderly dogs who required a lot of care, so I have experience dealing with very unique requirements, and I've also been a sitter for lots of cats who ranged from being super affectionate to not wanting much interaction. Either way, I just want to make sure they are happy while you are away!
I offer overnight pet sitting in your home, daily visits and/or daily walks. These can vary in timings, as different pets have different needs, but I will always discuss the details before we confirm a booking to make sure we're on the same page. Past pet owners that I've been a sitter for have asked for visits that included some play time, others just wanted someone to come and feed their pet and then leave - whatever you prefer, I'm easy!

Hi Guys, I am Paola I am a radiographer for a living and a pet lover for life snakes included :-). I have owned and looked after mainly cats in my life but also rubbits and dogs (latest a cavalier kings charles puppy). I have an online academy certificate as "dog walking and pet home sitting professional" and, as part of my profession, I have worked with Vets for a period of time undertaking MRI and CT scans on pets. Over the years I got to know varoius cats breeds, different characters, diseases and pregnancy helping with medication and the delivery of the kittens (over covid I successfully looked after mum and 11 kittens from my family home and rehomed 10 of them....an amazing experience). Having taken care of humans for my profession for so many years I now want to dedicate more time to animals, they are incredible life coaches and amazing fun to be with.                                                      As a sitter I am happy to accommodate the requirement of the owner. Generally I can do a couple of visits a day not less than 30/40 min per visit and possibly overnight staying (visits generally mornings and evening but can vary based on owner necessity and my personal schedule). This will include feeding, playing, grooming, socialising, delivery medications and taking pictures for the ownern (If needed I can take in the post and water plants if not too many that would take time off the pet care). Dog walking is based on location, availability and dog breed/size. It would be around 20/30 min long in the park nearby or neighborhood based on pet/owner preferences.                                                                                                                                                     Visitis ideally witin a 5 mls radius from where I live as I rather spend more time with the pet than driving :-)

I'm a very responsible and tidy person. I have my own flat, so I know how important is to take care of the property and how great it is, when others respect it as well.

I have experience taking care of various animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, llamas and alpacas :)) . As a child I had a Labrador from 2007–2019 and I now have a Bengal cat, so I’m very used to high-energy pets and can keep up with long walks and plenty of zoomies. I like to keep fit, so I’m happy to offer walks ranging from 30 minutes up to 2.5–3 hours depending on your dog’s needs. I enjoy playing, keeping animals mentally stimulated, and even inventing new games to keep things fun and engaging.
I pay close attention to each pet’s individual routine, including dietary requirements, exercise levels, and any specific behaviours. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or needs a bit of extra patience, I always adapt my approach to suit them. I especially love Dachshunds and small breeds, but I’m equally happy with big, friendly dogs.

I've been trusted to look after my friends and families pets, from hamsters to rabbits, goldfish, dogs, and lots of cats in-between! I have always enjoyed how rewarding it is to look after animals, they make me feel so happy and relaxed - I genuinely love it!I love being there for my clients, and their sweet animals alike. I have a wealth of experience with different dogs and cats. I often like to watch how they settle into their own environment, e.g. if they have a favourite spot, or if they like to be scratched behind the ears! New to Brighton and Pawshake

  What's the craic?! (Means what's up in Irish haha) my names Caolán! I have recently moved to Brighton from Ireland one of my favourite things about Brighton is just how many dogs I see everyday while I'm out and about I personally have a cat called crystal and a dog called Roxie back home which safe to say I miss them very much. 


  So what a better way to help with that is to see you peoples cats and dogs! I was recomended pawshake by my sister who is also been a pet sitter for quite a while now and I thought the idea sounded brillant!
