Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up caring for all kinds of pets, especially small animals including chinchillas, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish and turtles. Two years ago, my biggest wish finally came true when I welcomed my own dog into the family, and he inspired me to learn so much more about animal care and behaviour.

I’ve completed canine first-aid training and attended dog grooming and IMDT practical instructor courses and workshops. I’m currently working towards my iPET Network Level 3 qualification in Dog Walking and Pet Sitting for Professionals, continuing to build my knowledge and skills so I can provide safe, thoughtful and individualised care.

I offer dog walking, pet sitting and drop-in care, with every service tailored to your pet’s personality, energy level and usual routine. I especially enjoy long walks and exploring with dogs, from urban adventures to parks and green spaces. For dogs who enjoy longer adventures, I can provide extended walks and outings of up to 2-3 hours, with appropriate water and rest breaks depending on their age, fitness and individual needs.

I believe dogs benefit from mental stimulation just as much as physical exercise. I can provide interactive dog puzzles, enrichment activities, treat-based games and playtime according to your dog’s interests. I have a variety of enrichment toys and puzzles available, and during longer visits or pet-sitting sessions, I’m also happy to provide basic grooming such as brushing if your dog enjoys it.

Small animals have a particularly special place in my heart. I currently have five chinchillas of my own, including two seniors who are over 13 years old, so I have many years of hands-on experience caring for chinchillas at different stages of life. I also have experience with rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish and turtles. I understand that small animals are not simply “easy pets” — each species and each individual has their own routine, personality and care needs. For drop-in visits, I can provide feeding, fresh water and hay where appropriate, basic cage or living-area care, enrichment, interaction and companionship while following your pet’s normal routine and your instructions.

I work part-time on shifts, so my availability can be quite flexible. Most importantly, I want every pet in my care to feel happy, relaxed, safe and cared for as an individual, while giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in loving and attentive hands.
