Hi, I’m Sonia, a lifelong cat lover based in the Plaistow/Upton Park area.

I’m the proud owner of four rescue cats—Cleo, Leo, Hannibal and Apollo—so I understand that every cat has their own personality, routine and individual needs. Whether your cat is sociable and playful, shy and cautious, or requires extra patience and care, I’ll take the time to help them feel safe and comfortable in their own home.

I’m a mature, reliable and caring sitter, and my priority is to provide calm, attentive and dependable care while you’re away.

My experience and training

• Six years of experience caring for cats of different ages, personalities and needs.
• Owner of four rescue cats.
• Certificate in Small Animal First Aid and Animal Welfare.
• Aspiring veterinary nurse, currently developing my knowledge and experience in animal care.
• Comfortable following established care instructions, including administering medication where appropriate and clearly explained.

What I offer

I provide 30-minute home visits, including:

• Fresh food and water.
• Daily litter-tray scooping.
• Playtime, stimulation and affection according to your cat’s preferences.
• Medication administration, if required and agreed in advance.
• Checking that your cat is well and that their environment is safe.
• Daily updates, including photos or videos.
• Bringing in post, watering plants and putting out rubbish where needed.

I’m available in the early mornings, evenings and at weekends. I keep my catchment area to approximately two miles from Plaistow/Upton Park, as I don’t drive.

Before your booking

I’m very happy to arrange a meet-and-greet before your trip. This gives me the opportunity to learn about your cat’s routine, personality, feeding instructions, medication and any special requirements. We can also arrange key collection and exchange your preferred emergency contact details.
