Hello, I am currently a 22 year old veterinary nurse living in the uk looking to travel the world pet sitting. I have 5 years of professional animal care under my belt including 3 years working as a veterinary nurse and 2 years working in a boarding kennels. I have experience with almost all animals from cats, dogs, small furries, reptiles and livestock.

Durning my time working as a full time veterinary nurse I became the practices "pet sitter" and have looked after multiple of my coworkers pets, there's no higher honour than being trusted to care for the pets of my fellow colleagues, if you know our industry you'll know we're crazy protective over our pets, just as I'm sure you are. Being trusted by so many has meant the world to me and I have enjoyed each experience individually.

I have also got a lifetime experience from my own amazing pets themselves. I currently have 5 dogs and 3 cats, however in the past have had rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and fish, who have all lived amazing lives (I can still name every pet I've ever had, and there's been a lot!)

During my time working at the boarding kennels I had to work with a multitude of pet personalities from good to bad. Understanding a dogs body language is not something easily taught and I believe I learned so much from my experience working here and have carried that through into my nursing. There has never been a pet "too scary", all animals need to be understood and respected in their own way and that is something I am very confident with.
