When I was younger, I used to be a little scared of pets, especially dogs, because I didn't understand their behavior. However, overtime I have combatted that fear and I absolutely love pets and taking care of them now. Over time, I have learned how to read their body language, I have volunteered to help taking care of pets of family and friends, and now I absolutely love being around them. Having faced and overcome that initial fear has actually made me more patient, gentle, and understanding with animals that may be shy or anxious themselves. It taught me that trust is built with time, consistency, and kindness. I have been taking care of pets for over 7 years now. Over the years, I have gained experience of taking care of pets of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets who need a gentler touch. I have also handled pets with different personalities, and always adjust my approach to make them feel safe and loved.
