I live for the Paws🐾, the Paws🐾, the Paws🐾

My name is Jenny and my husband James and are highly experienced dog owners and dog sitters. We have literally cared for hundreds of dogs at this stage of all breeds, sizes, ages, you name it (our profile here is new, but on other sites we've got a very strong profile already with 150+ 5 star reviews). From 3 months old puppies to 14 year old seniors, Cane Corsos to Pomeranians. We can guarantee you expert care alongside more love than the doggies can handle, cuddles in bed, fun social walks with other doggies, daily adventures, and you will be bombarded with super cute videos and pictures all day every day.

OUR HOME

We provide your dream doggie environment with an enclosed garden, big house, loads of comfy beds, sofas and chill areas and they will never be alone even for 5 minutes. Dogs are allowed everywhere, from sofas, beds and our laps. Your dog will truly be on holidays with us. We have a 100% track record of providing expert care and rave 5 star reviews.

We have everything from spare dog bowls (incl slow feeders), buckets full of toys and balls, many dogs beds, blankets, sofa space and beds, extra leads and collars just in case (incl training leads), doggie first aid kits and medication for common issues, such as upset stomachs, itchy paws/ears, anti allergy medication, tick removals tools, anti inflammatory medications and sprays, etc. We can also administer oral and injected medications. We also have 2 size dog crates, in case your dog prefers to sleep in a crate at night. Otherwise they are happy to sleep in our bed directly. We are also happy to cook fresh meals for your dog as we currently also cook for our dogs to top up their kibble. We can do basic grooming like cutting nails, washing and brushing as well, and have clippers and dog shampoo here. You really just need to bring your dog, food and the lead, and that's all ;)

Since James and I are business owners we can adjust our day pretty much to our liking. We're both experienced dog owners (we've both grown up with them) and have been dog boarding for a few years now too. We've looked after many different dogs breeds, sizes and ages and you can be sure that your pooch won't be missing plenty of fuss, cuddles and walks. :) 

The only thing we cannot guarantee is that they may not want to come home anymore - it's just too much fun here! :D

OUR RESIDENT DOGS

We have two very sweet and social rescue dogs from Spain - lovely Maya - a former Spanish stray, and little Mika - saved from a killing station outside Valencia. Maya and Mika are exceptionally friendly, calm and gentle and get along with every dog. Both happily share everything - from food, toys and affection. :)
You can be sure that we will treat your dogs exactly like we would like ours to be treated when we're away. :)

DAILY ADVENTURES

While our house already provides planty of space to chill or play, we live just 10min from a big open space park called Hilly Fields, and we also occasionally visit Ladywell Gardens (especially for dog swimming and cooling the paws on a hot day), Blackheath and Greenwich Park. In addition, there's an enclosed dog park on Friendly Street which is ideal if your dog may need a closer watch. We tend to take our dogs for 1 big walk a day, while the rest of the day they're free to roam the house and garden. All dogs are welcome to sleep with us in bed, unless they prefer to sleep in a dog bed, crate or sofa. You will receive tons of videos and pictures throughout the time we look after your pooch and will do our absolute upmost to ensure your dog feels comfortable, safe, loved and of course suuuuper happy at all times. :)
 

DAY-CARE and BOARDING

We do both - daycare and overnight boarding depending on your needs. For day-care we usually accept dogs from 8am until 7pm (although exceptions apply), and overnight boarding we do as long as you need. Some dogs have stayed with us for an entire month or as little as 1 night ;)

We don't have a blanket requirement, such as we only accept certain breeds, as each dog has their own personality. We generally are open to looking after any breed or size, but your dog must be friendly and social with other dogs. While we can accept unspayed females who are not in heat, unfortunately generally we don't accept unneutered boys. Apart from that unneutered males may be too boisterous with other males or too amorous with females, we have noticed that they always tend to mark territory in our house. This is especially a big problem with males as they lift their leg and may pee on shoes, furniture, walls, etc.
Even if your dog is fully house trained and has never done anything like this before it will be a different environment in our house where a lot of dogs go in and out and all the smells may trigger unwanted behaviour. In addition, we have also noticed that other male dogs (even if they are neutered) may treat unneutered boys as competition and may challenge them, or otherwise may display aggression in one way or the other.
We want this to be a safe place for all dogs and because of all these experiences sadly we can't take the risk anymore and it's now a blanket "no" to unneutered boys, even to male puppies. :(

MEET AND GREETS
We are happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand in our home or nearby park, but it's not a must for every enquiry. Depending on your dog's character description, breed, and boarding period we may be able to accept your pet without a meet and greet. In any case for your own peace of mind we will of course be available at a convenient time :)
