Recent cat sitting experience

I have looked after my friend's two cats, Maisie and Marlowe, at their home from mid 2025 onwards. This has included taking one of the cats to an emergency vet appointment for an unknown allergy and giving medication (tablets) while my friends were away. I still sit for them, but I would like to add a few more regular cat-sitting opportunities to my schedule.

My friendship with pets

I like to make friends with cats in my area and will always stop to say hi to them if I see them out on a walk. I also grew with a dog in my family up until my late teens.

My routine and what I am offering as a cat sitter

I am a freelancer and take on various roles, including working one evening a week with children at a local youth theatre. I believe many of the skills and qualities that help me communicate with children also come in handy when befriending your cat.

My work is flexible, and much of it can be done with only a WiFi connection, so I can maintain your cat's feeding schedule, clean out the litter tray and spend some quality time playing with your fur baby. I am happy to do one or two extra bits, like watering plants or receiving deliveries. Please make sure these are clearly communicated to me before the cat sitting takes place, along with any quirks I should know about your cat's behaviour or your home.

I am happy to send regular photos and messages with updates; let me know how often you would like these.

Important note on Xmas period: if you are trying to book from mid-to-late December to the start of January, I will be changing locations to near Plumstead, so I will not be accepting bookings around Hither Green.
