Having previously raised two dogs and three cats, I understand different animal personalities, from puppies to senior dogs and kittens to senior cats. I can understand their body language, recognise when they need space, and adapt our routine accordingly.

Additionally, I have experience hosting family members' and friends' dogs in my current flat, so I already know how to help a pet settle into my space quickly and safely. I often look after a senior wheaten terrier who settles right in.

Because my flat has full lift access and is right next to Peckham Rye, I can care for senior pets or pets who cannot handle stairs and love a gentle stroll. I am very adaptable and patient, and would love to be your pet's home away from home.

As a Master's student, my schedule is very flexible, so pet care fits seamlessly into my week. Because I do the majority of my reading and university work from home, I can be with your pet without leaving them alone for long stretches and can easily adapt to their schedules. My usual routine is quite active. I walk everywhere and am always in the local park, so fitting in long or short walks for your dog is a normal part of my day. When I am working on readings or on my laptop, I love having a furry friend, and my study breaks are always dedicated to playtime and outdoor breaks. Whether your pet has more energy and needs more walks, or needs a companion in a calm space, my routine allows me to work around your pets and fit in with their needs.

I live in a secure, quiet first-floor flat with lift and stair access, and access to a fenced-off green space that is ideal for quick toilet breaks.

Because I am right next to Peckham Rye Park, our days can be filled with walks or playtime tailored to your pet's energy level. Inside the flat, I have space for a crate or bed, no carpet, minimal furniture/hazardous decor and a safe and comfortable environment where your animals are welcome to curl up next to me while I study. I can adhere to your feeding, sleeping, and crating routines so they feel completely secure and at home in my flat.
