Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up on a farm surrounded by and loving a wide variety of animals (horses, turtles, sheep, deer, rabbits, cats, dogs, chickens, cows, pigs, etc.)

These days, I’m a devoted dog parent but sadly I can’t have my own dog, Fig, with me at the moment. To fill that animal companion shaped space in my life, I’d love to care for your furry family members—offering support and peace of mind.

Although I’m new on this platform, I have hands-on experience of looking after my friends' dogs and cats. I’m currently studying a Level 4 Canine Behaviour course, which helps me better understand and support dogs of all temperaments.

As much as we adore our pets, there are times when we have to be away from them. I know firsthand how stressful and worrying that can feel. My goal is to ease that anxiety by being a calm, loving, and reliable presence for your pet while you’re away. I provide plenty of attention, affection, cuddles, walks, and playtime. I’m also very mindful of individual needs—whether that means extra patience with a shy or sensitive dog or cat, or special care routines. I have a particular soft spot for rescue animals.

HOUSE-SITTING

I currently offer house-sitting services. While I work during the day, I can walk your dog beforehand and when I get home from work. Alternatively, I can bring your dog with me to work. In the evenings and overnight, I’ll be there to give them plenty of attention, care, and companionship.

Before confirming a house-sit, I like to arrange a meet-and-greet to ensure we’re a great fit and that your pet feels comfortable and happy with me.

I generally prefer house-sitting for a week or longer. If your dog is well-behaved and socialised and you are open to it, there may even be opportunities for them to accompany me to work (I'm a massage therapist working in a yoga studio). I’ll also send daily updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your companion is happy, safe, and well cared for.

Base rate is £25 / per night

Two 30-mins walks per day during house-sitting / £20 

PRICING

Please note that the prices listed are based on caring for one pet in a household.

For additional pets, an extra charge applies to reflect the additional time, responsibility, and care involved:

• Additional dog: +£5 per walk / visit
• Additional pet during house sitting: +£10 / day

If your pet has additional needs, such as reactivity, strong pulling on the lead, anxiety, or behaviours that require extra management, the final price may be adjusted accordingly. This will always be discussed openly and agreed during the free meet-and-greet before any booking is confirmed.
