Update: for longer days I can only do housesitting at yours.. my niece was bitten by a dog (not on my watch) and she’s with me twice a week so alas I can’t host when she's here (alternate weekends and once during the week).

Having been raised by dogs :) I am more than happy to take care of any friendly animals for as long as you need. A day, a weekend or weeks of holiday, you take care of you and I'll look after your beloved. I grew up on a farm so we always were looking after lots of dogs, cats, geese, sheep, fish & other animals. I have looked after 90+ freinds' pets - mostly cats & small dogs when they go on holiday. Happy to help! My greatest experience on my last holiday was volunteering at an animal rescue centre - it was a pleasure & honour that the monkeys picked me to play with, over the 10 others! I'm told I have a good open energy that animals pick up on. 

Pets staying at my place ONLY if they are properly houstrained! :) We have carpets so any accidents will need professional cleaning. Crystal Palace park is 5 mins walk away and we have a shared back garden.

Please respond to my standard questions when requesting dogsitting:

1. Your dog(s) can cope for how long alone?

2. How much exercise is needed per day?

3. OK with other dogs (I typically have a friendly spaniel all day on Mondays & Wednesdays)?

4. OK with Children? I often have my 5-year-old niece staying, please let me know if this an issue.

5. Barking habits at home?

6. Allowed on sofas and beds?

7. Anything else I need to know eg leash behaviour, quirks etc?
