I have had dogs all my life, so growing up around them has given me a genuine love and understanding of dogs. I currently have three beautiful Jack Russell Terriers of my own, who I absolutely adore. I have always had a passion for dogs and could happily talk about them for hours I truly believe they make our lives so much better!

I also have a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management, where I gained experience caring for and handling a wide range of animals, including dogs, rabbits and sheep, as well as exotic animals such as chameleons and geckos. I also completed work experience at a dog groomer's, where I had the opportunity to work around many different breeds and see dogs with different personalities and temperaments.

I offer both 30-minute and 1-hour walks, depending on what suits you and your dog best. I currently accept small and medium-sized breeds. I can also walk two dogs from the same household together, provided they are comfortable doing so.

Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. Before a walk, I will listen carefully to your instructions about your dog's temperament, behaviour, routine and anything they may be nervous or uncomfortable with. I am happy to follow your usual walking route, or, if you don't have a preferred route, I will choose a safe and suitable route where your dog can enjoy their walk comfortably.

I also offer solo walks for dogs who prefer their own space, are nervous around other dogs, or simply enjoy having one-to-one attention. I will never force a dog into a situation they are uncomfortable with and will take their individual personality and needs into consideration throughout the walk.

For a first walk, I would take the time to get to know your dog and allow them to become comfortable with me before setting off. I understand that every dog is different, and I want each dog to feel safe, relaxed and cared for while they are with me. I understand every dog has different needs, so I will adjust the walk length and pace to fit the dog's age, energy and temperament

I will also keep you updated about how the walk went and am happy to provide photos so you can see how your dog is getting on. If an emergency occurred, my first priority would be to keep the dog calm and safe. Contact the owner immediately, and if needed take the dog to the nearest vet. If another dog becomes aggressive, I'd create distance safely and always keeping a charged phone handy. So, I can call for help if necessary.
