Hi, I’m Alex, the owner of Pawsitive Paws, a trusted dog walking and home boarding service based in Thurnscoe, South Yorkshire. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and turning my passion into a business has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. My aim is to provide every dog with the love, care, exercise and attention they deserve, while giving owners complete peace of mind.

I offer dog walking, home boarding and pop-in visits, with every service tailored to suit your dog’s individual needs, routine and personality. Whether your dog loves long adventures, slower sniff-filled walks or simply enjoys company while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and cared for every step of the way.

Unlike traditional kennels, my home boarding offers a genuine home-from-home experience. Your dog will be treated like one of my own, with plenty of cuddles, playtime, enrichment, walks and a comfortable place to relax. I only take on one household at a time so I can provide plenty of one-to-one attention and maintain a calm environment.

I’m fully licensed and insured, and I believe in building strong relationships with both dogs and their owners. Before any boarding stay, I arrange a meet and greet and a trial stay, helping everyone feel comfortable and ensuring it’s the right fit for your dog.

Throughout your dog’s stay, I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy and in safe hands.
