Hi, I am new here Aug 2026, I love it when a dog comes over to say hello. I would like to welcome friendly house‑trained dogs into my home for a day of fun & relaxation, a sleepover, a **local walk** or any combination of these. I share my house with an active 10.5‑year‑old female Vizsla, she can be seen in some pictures. She has been with me from 8 weeks old. We have a quiet and peaceful time at home with regular bursts fun shenanigans and enrichment activity. We enjoy a part‑sun part‑shade enclosed private garden surrounded by friendly neighbours. I have experience with many different breeds of dog, I love all the different personalities.

Dogs can be anywhere in the house, there are dog beds in the lounge and dining room also blankets on the sofa. My dog typically stays downstairs. There is a soft mat under the desk in my study; if your dog likes to nestle at your feet they can do that here with me. (Sorry, no dogs in my bed overnight.) There is always access to fresh water.

Your fur baby will be treated with love, affection and given lots of attention like they were my own. I will send updates on how your dog is doing along with some pictures and video for your peace of mind. 

If you have a puppy (that is being or has been crate trained) then your puppy is welcome along with its crate. For dogs of all ages, if you give me a list of commands or tricks I can practise what you have been learning. I have a clicker.

**Local walk**: There are several walking options from my house depending on what sort of outing your dog likes. I have a long extendable lead if your dog does not have good recall. (I use cheese‑based bribery to ensure recall if you are happy with off‑lead.) Walks are for the most part off and away from roads.
