Hello - my name is Melanie. I am local to Calne and available to care for your fury friends whilst you are away.

I have been owned by cats all my life and am currently under the ownership of my beloved Persian Minuet Jax. I grew up on a farm and have always had the greatest respect and affection for all animals. I understand each character will have different preferences and needs and will always meet these for you. I too have faced the challenges that come when finding pet cover and would love to be your reliable go to pet sitter.

I am a health professional and therefore I have DBS clearance to provide extra peace of mind. I am happy to administer oral medication, grooming and plenty of play time. I will send daily updates and videos if requested with pleasure although I know my heart breaks if I receive these on vacation.

I am able to visit twice a day in the week and anytime during the weekend. I can visit before 8am and after 5pm weekdays. I am also available to house sit on a Friday or Saturday night/day. I own a reliable vehicle if the need arises to visit the vets. Open to short term or longer term assistance.

I specialise in cat care but open to any other pets which may need assistance such as fish, hamsters, rabbits etc. (Unfortunately not reptiles)
