I am a retired accountant and now my little part time job is a labour of love as I am your quintessential cat loving person. I have always had cats and so have a lifetime of experience with them. I have seen my own cats through good and bad times, tending them through all sorts of illnesses, I so can administer medication to yours if necessary. I currently have two cats of my own, a Ragdoll and a Siamese. For the first 18 months of his life Georgie, my ragdoll, had gastro-intestinal problems but gradually grew out of them and now is a very healthy 7 1/2 year old. My Siamese is also 7.

I like to visit you and get to know you and your environment and your cats before a sit. Cats generally come to me quite quickly when I visit. On occasion it has surprised owners how quickly even shy cats warm to me. 

I am flexible with timing so I can feed your cats at the times that they are used to being fed. I will ensure they have fresh water down. I will change their litter, if required, every time I visit. I can give them treats if they are allowed treats. Rest assured that I will get full instructions from you before you leave, and carry them out to the letter. I try not to cause your pets too much of a change to their routine. I am a great believer that cats are happier in their own environment than in a cattery. I can get them to a vet in the worst case scenario of them being unwell whilst you are away.  

I love interaction with your pets and am happy to play with them as long as they wish. For example I have 2 energetic young Siberians who play until they are exhausted! I will communicate with you whilst you are away sending you updates and photos as often as you require. I am also happy to water your indoor plants, bring in your mail, put out your bins etc. I always stay for at least half an hour and often up to an hour depending on what your cats want! If they are attentive they get attention.
