I’m originally from Vietnam and now live in the UK with my British husband, our baby son and our two rescued cats, Lac Lac and Lucy. I have been around cats and dogs for my whole life, so caring for pets has always been a natural and important part of my life. My two cats have quite an incredible story—I rescued them from the black market in Vietnam when they were both very sick and traumatised. They then travelled all the way to the UK with us in 2025. Watching them grow into happy, healthy and confident cats has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I’m currently a full-time mum to my young son, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pets in my care. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable and loved in their own home, especially when their owners are away.

My home visits are 30 minutes long and are tailored to each pet’s usual routine. During each visit, I can provide wet and/or dry food, refresh their water, clean their litter tray, and spend quality time playing and interacting with them using their available toys. I’ll also keep an eye on their behaviour, appetite and general wellbeing, and will promptly let the owner know if I notice anything unusual or if their pet appears unwell.

I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs. Because of my smaller body frame, I particularly prefer looking after small and medium-sized dogs that I can comfortably and safely handle. Above all, I treat every pet as an individual and will do my best to make sure they receive the same patience, affection, care and attention they would receive from their own family.
