Hello! My name is Juliana; I am Brazilian and, as an animal lover, I believe every pet deserves affection, respect, and quality care. I currently live in Cardiff.

Unfortunately, having witnessed many cases of abandoned and mistreated animals inspired my dream of helping ensure that more and more animals lead safe, healthy, and happy lives.

I understand that every pet is unique. Some are full of energy and love to play, while others are shyer and require a bit more patience and a calm environment. That is why I always tailor my care to each animal's personality, routine, and specific needs.

I also have experience caring for senior pets and those requiring special attention. I can assist with administering oral medication and following specific routines for feeding, bathing, hygiene, and diaper changes, as well as providing comfort and care for animals with limited mobility.

I am available seven days a week, at any time, for short walks (30–40 minutes), longer walks (up to 2 hours), home visits, and day or overnight stays, subject to schedule availability. I can also accompany your pet to veterinary appointments when necessary.

While your pet is in my care, I make it a priority to keep owners informed by sending updates via photos, videos, and messages, so you can see how they are doing and have peace of mind while you are away.

Your pet's safety and well-being are always my top priority. I am trained in pet first aid, and in any situation requiring attention, I contact the owner immediately. Therefore, I ask that owners remain reachable by phone during the service period. Additionally, before each service, I identify the nearest emergency veterinary clinic—either near your home or the area where I will be with the pet—to ensure any issues can be addressed quickly. My goal is to provide you with peace of mind and ensure your pet feels safe, loved, respected, and well-cared-for while under my care.
