My name is Maartje, I am from the Netherlands, grew up on a farm, and now live in West Didsbury. While I love Manchester, I do dearly miss all my childhood pets, and was delighted to hear about this app from a friend. I am a lover of all kinds of animals, and grew up with dogs (Labrador and labradoodle), cats, cows and pigs, and even a donkey called Bono! 

Most of my experience is with dogs and cats. I do dogwalking, but can also dog-or cat sit if this is what you prefer. I have never done cat-walking, but hey, if that's required that's what I can do ;) Regarding dog-walking, I can come over multiple times a day or stay at the required location. I am not (yet) comfortable to walk more than two large dogs at the same time. If required, I also offer check-in and feeding-visits.

When it comes to smaller animals, I have only ever fed my friends' guinea pigs while they were on holiday, but I am open to being instructed on how to care for other animals, and am a quick learner.

My studio apartment does not have a garden or sufficient space to create a comfortable space for your animals, however I am available for a broad range of outcall options! Since I cycle a lot I'm also not bound by the cost and range of public transport to reach your place 😊 I welcome both pet sitting jobs and visits for feeding or dog walking.
