I am an experienced cat owner and sitter, and have looked after dogs in the past also. I believe that when owners are unable to look after their pets that they should be in their space, with visits and attention from a kind and caring person - not just someone to give food and then leave. I will meet with you and the animals before your time away to establish a bond, and to ensure that your wants and needs for your animals are met. I understand just how much these animals mean to you and that they need love, care and attention while you enjoy a nice break from being woken up at 4am for food! I absolutely adore my sitting visits and have built bonds with so many animals now.

I offer visits in your own home for cats and dogs, and walking for dogs in the mornings and evenings. I am more than happy to perform whatever is needed for your pets, including administering any medications, grooming and bathing. Dog walks are 30 minutes - one hour depending on preference and visit local green spaces. I am also happy to perform "house sitting" duties such as collecting your post, watering any plants and turning lights on or off etc. I will send pictures of your pets (if wanted - sometimes it can make people sad!) and am very keen on house safety so will do lights/curtains if away overnight and will triple check that doors are locked!

I have three cats of my own that I have raised from 4 weeks and 9 weeks and 12 weeks respectively, all rescues. They love to be where their adult humans are and they'll be with their child human when she's asleep! I also routinely sit a golden retriever who is very energetic. For this reason I cannot offer pet sitting in my home.
