I have recently stepped away from 20 years in the classroom and leadership roles in a local secondary school to pursue my other great love; dogs and pet care which I always had as my escape from the demands and pressures of education.
My business, Hoburne Hounds and Furry Friends was formalised this year following many years of dog and pet ownership and looking after family and friends animals. I am a registered as a professional dog walker with the Professional Dog Walkers Association and am signed up as professional to the Dorset Dog and New Forest Charters for professional dog walkers. I am also just finishing my professional dog walkers and sitters certificate with the British College of Canine Studies which will also bring accreditation with another notable affiliated group. This qualification includes canine first aid, compliance and dog psychology. I have a fully enhanced DBS check and all insurances for your peace of mind. I have also completed dog handling and training courses.

We are fortunate to live between two lovely accommodations in the local area; our house by Mudeford Quay and our holiday caravan on the cliff too at Hoburne Naish. This offers us wonderful dog walking for your pooches as well as the New Forest and beaches around us.
