Animals have always been a joyful and grounding part of my life. I grew up surrounded by animal friends. I currently share my home with a cat who I adore, and living with him reminds me every day how unique, sensitive, and loving animals can be. I really value the quiet companionship animals bring, and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities. Making sure they feel safe, understood, and cared for is something that genuinely matters to me.
I understand how important it is for you to feel at ease when you are away, knowing that your animals are in kind, patient, and responsible hands.
I aim to create a calm and nurturing connectiom where your animal family members can relax, play, and feel at home.
Outside of caring for animals, I love spending time in out in the woods, which is perfect for dogs who enjoy fresh air and exploring. I also enjoy quieter, creative time at home, reading or playing with clay, which means I’m very happy keeping animals company and giving them plenty of attention throughout the day.
Most of my experience comes from growing up with animals; dogs, cats, rabbits, a parrot and guinea pigs. I have also worked in dog kennels, walking dogs and cleaning kennels. I previously volunteered at an animal sanctuary in Australia feeding, cuddling, cleaning and generally loving all the animals there for snakes and crocs to koala bears. I’m attentive to animals needs, patient with different temperaments, and committed to helping them feel comfortable and secure.
