Hi, I’m Daniella! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mum to three very different dogs of my own — two Shih Tzus and a young Rottweiler. Dogs are a huge part of my everyday life, and having three with completely different personalities, sizes and needs has given me lots of hands-on experience and taught me that there really is no one-size-fits-all approach to caring for them.

At home I have everything from a quiet, anxious little dog who needs patience and reassurance, to an extremely affectionate, energetic and ball-obsessed boy, as well as a large young Rottweiler who requires confident and consistent handling. I’m therefore comfortable with dogs of different sizes, energy levels and personalities, including nervous or sensitive dogs who may need some extra time to build trust.

Dog walking: I offer [30/60]-minute walks and can tailor these to your individual dog. That could mean an energetic walk, a slower sniff-and-explore walk, or something in between. I’ll follow any instructions you provide regarding leads, interactions with other dogs and your dog's usual walking routine.

Drop-in visits: I offer [30/60]-minute visits in your home, which can include toilet breaks, feeding and fresh water, playtime, cuddles and company, or simply spending some time with a pet who doesn't like being alone. I’m also happy to care for cats during drop-in visits, including feeding, refreshing water and litter-tray care.

Availability: My regular availability is weekday mornings from early morning until 11:30am for walks and drop-ins. I have much greater flexibility at weekends and am happy to discuss weekend pet-care requirements with you.

I’m happy to care for small and large dogs, but I always want to make sure I’m the right person for your individual pet. Please tell me about any reactivity, behavioural needs, medical requirements or other important information before booking so we can discuss whether I can safely meet their needs.

Before looking after any pet, I’ll take the time to understand their personality, routine, likes and dislikes, walking habits and anything else that helps them feel safe and happy. I’m especially conscious that nervous dogs may need to build a relationship gradually, and I’ll never force affection or interaction.

I’m also more than happy to send photos and little updates while your pet is with me. As a dog owner myself, I know how reassuring it is to see that your baby is happy and being well looked after! 🐾

Ultimately, I want to become someone local owners can genuinely rely on and, just as importantly, someone their pets are excited and comfortable to see. I’ll care for them with the same patience, attention and affection I give my own.
