About Zoe
An experienced cat carer, I treat all cats as individuals and I have a long-standing love for felines.
I cat sit on Pawshake because I feel very at home with cats and I would love to help you ensure your cat is safe, entertained, fed and cared for while you are away. I have adored cats all my life and I offer experience feeding, playing and caring for cats with a varied range of personalities and behaviours. As I am mostly working from home, it also means I am getting out of the house, so it's good for my wellbeing :)
I live in Croydon and I offer good availabiliy for home visits, particularly in the East Croydon area, once or twice per day. If you live further away from the East Croydon area I am happy to look into the distance to see if I can make it work. I am very happy to send regular updates and photos showing you how your feline loved ones are doing so you can relax and enjoy your travels, knowing your cats are safe and happy. I am committed to treating your animal(s) and your home with the utmost respect, consideration, patience and care.
I can also take on added extras such as taking in deliveries when possible and watering plants - I have over 50 indoor plants in my own home so am very good with house plants and caring for their needs in your absence too, if needed. I work for a Musuem and as part of my role I am also DBS security cleared.
I currently have two maine coons, which are high maintenance and have very specific dietrary needs, plus they need (and love!) constant grooming. They are full vaccinated and are house cats. One of them only has one kidney and so I am experienced in administering oral medications to a cat on a regular basis. I treat my own cats how I would my own children and I am always looking for ways to make their environments more enriching. In the past I have had rescue cats and have cared for kittens, including very young cats who have required oral medications and milk formula.
I am reliable and trustworthy and will always do all I can to ensure you will have peace of mind whilst I am caring for your cats. I am very happy to discuss their needs in detail and answer any questions you may have.

Zoe visited my 2 cats daily at my home while I was away for a week. Great communication and very friendly. Zoe dealt with a tricky situation with my door extremely well, and also cleaned up after my cats, which made coming home in the early hours a lot easier for me. Really happy to have found Zoe to look after my two cats. They’re extremely timid of strangers and I stress over their stress! Zoe was very contentious of this and didn’t push them to interact. I felt like I was able to relax on my holiday knowing Zoe was checking in on them and I appreciated the updates on their eating and health of their litter. The fact they did eat and a couple nights in, did come out a play overnight says a lot about Zoe making them feel safe. Thank you! 😊
