"Firstly I have to say that this is my first experience using any cat sitting service. Unfortunately it started badly and my booking was cancelled just 4 days before I was going away! Pawshake did nothing to help.... and my stress levels were stratospheric...but Lisa SAVED THE DAY!🙏🏾
Thank goodness for Lisa is all I can say, as she made us feel much more comfortable about being away because of her calm and kind nature.
My rescue is a stray street cat with lots of quirks - I mean, he's a cat! I left Lisa a very specific do's and don'ts list due to it also being Mr T's first time without us as well - so keeping routine is v.important.
Lisa was great at communicating, very patient, accommodating, helpful and really genuinely felt she cared for my furbaby. This isn't just a 'job' to her! And she earned Mr T's trust in a short space of time.
I highly recommend Lisa - she's really personable and understanding too. I wouldn't hesitate to book Lisa again."

"Camila took very good care of my 3 cats while I was away for a long weekend. We met a few weeks before and I showed her around, and she collected the key a few days before I left. She’s been on time and consistent with her visits so my girls could get used to a new routine. She updated me on a regular basis how they were doing, and amazingly my two shy ones were not hiding after the initial visit. I can fully recommend Camila as a cat sitter and will user her services in the future. "

"Debbie helped us out last minute as we were let down by a neighbour just before heading off for Xmas. She went out of her way to come collect the keys and instructions.
