Hi, I’m Lucy Buxton, a 23-year-old dog walker based in Sheffield.

I currently offer dog walking, puppy visits and drop-in visits on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as after 1pm on Wednesdays.

I absolutely love dogs and all animals, and I enjoy spending time outdoors on long walks with them!

I have my own dog, Beau, a 9-year-old Lhasa Apso, who means the world to me.

I offer puppy visits, drop-ins and dog walking. Walks can be 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or longer depending on your dog’s needs and your preference.

I have experience walking up to four dogs at a time, including high-energy, elderly and nervous dogs. Every walk is tailored to suit your dog’s personality, energy level and individual needs, ensuring they have a safe, enjoyable and enriching experience.

For puppies and elderly dogs, I provide home visits that can include toilet breaks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, mental stimulation, medication (if required), companionship and plenty of fuss. Every visit is adapted to your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and settled while you’re away.

For energetic dogs who love longer adventures, I enjoy taking them to secure fields or suitable walking locations where they can run, explore and play with balls or their favourite toys. I will only let a dog off lead with the owner’s permission, once I have built a relationship with them and confirmed they have reliable recall.

During every walk or visit, I always prioritise your dog’s safety and wellbeing. I carry water, poo bags and basic essentials, and I am trained to stay calm and respond appropriately in an emergency. I am Level 2 Canine First Aid trained, so you can have peace of mind knowing your dog is in safe hands.

I understand how important it is to know your pet is happy while you’re away, so I’m always happy to send regular photo and video updates, along with messages to let you know how your dog’s walk or visit is going.

I am fully insured, DBS checked and Level 2 Canine First Aid trained.

I cover various areas of Sheffield, with a focus on S13, S12 and S20.

I offer free meet and greets so we can get to know each other, discuss your dog’s routine and needs, and make sure we’re the perfect fit before any bookings begin.

I have my own car and full UK driving licence, and my car is equipped with everything needed for safe and comfortable journeys if required.
