Hi, I’m Jamie! I’m 25 years old and live in Undy, near Newport. I’m a huge animal lover with a lifelong passion for caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, and they have always been a big part of my life. At home, I currently have four dogs, four cats, and four alpacas, so I’m very experienced with different personalities, routines, and care needs. Looking after animals isn’t just something I do – it’s something I genuinely love.

Alongside pet care, I currently work as a receptionist on Thursdays and Fridays at a dentist. Outside of those two working days, I’m fully flexible and available for pet care, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and late-night visits. I’m happy to work around your schedule to provide reliable, flexible care whenever you need it.

I offer pet sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking. During drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet is fed, has fresh water, receives plenty of attention, and, if needed, I can administer medication according to your instructions, clean food bowls, or tidy litter trays. Dog walks are tailored to your dog’s age, energy level, and routine, ensuring they get the exercise and enrichment they need. If I’m pet sitting, I’ll stick closely to your pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy while you’re away.

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I’ll contact you straight away, keep you updated every step of the way, and seek veterinary care if necessary, following any emergency instructions you’ve provided. I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in first aid for both humans and dogs, so you can have complete confidence that your pet is in safe hands.

I also understand how important it is to know your pet is happy while you’re away, so I’ll send regular updates, photos, and messages throughout every booking, keeping you reassured and connected with your pet.

I’m happy to care for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, small animals, and even larger animals thanks to my experience with alpacas. Every pet has their own personality, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each one special.

Being trusted with someone’s beloved pet is something I never take for granted. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pets are in safe, caring hands while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, or simply having someone to keep them company, I’ll make sure they receive all the love, attention, and care they deserve.
