Hi, I’m Nick. I have lived with dogs all my life - I couldn't imagine life without them! I see pet sitting as an opportunity to meet and help care for many different dogs, while providing pet parents peace of mind, knowing that their furry friend is being cared for and listened to until they are reunited.

I believe every walk should be as mentally fulfilling as it is physically active.

By observing and responding to your dog's behaviour, I’m always tuned into their body language and energy levels. Whether they are a confident explorer or a bit more sensitive to their surroundings, I adapt every visit or stroll to ensure they feel safe, calm, and happy.

My fascination in canine behaviour and care began when I rescued my dog, Theo, who suffered with severe fear and anxiety. I have dedicated the past few years to truly understanding his unique way of communicating, and refining my own communication skills, so I can provide the safety and stability he needs to thrive. This process really emphasised the fact that each dog is an individual - there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

I bring that same focus on behaviour to every dog I encounter. I don’t just provide your dog exercise; I actively monitor their stress levels, social cues, and engagement to ensure they are mentally settled and physically satisfied. With this in mind, I can offer longer walks up to 90-120 minutes, if your pup has a little more energy to burn than most!

I am qualified in canine first aid and have passed the following Centre of Excellence courses with distinction:

• Understanding Canine Anxiety 
• Canine Communication

I have also started taking on clients who are struggling with problem behaviours in their dogs.
