Hi! I’m a genuine animal lover with experience caring for dogs for more than half my life, as well as extensive experience around horses. I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes, including larger breeds, and understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs.

I offer 30-minute, 45-minute and 1-hour walks, depending on what suits your dog. I’m happy to walk near your home or take your dog in my car to a suitable walking area, giving them the opportunity to explore different places. I’m also happy to walk more than one dog at a time where this is suitable, while always considering their individual personalities and how comfortable they are together.

I’ll follow your usual routine and any specific instructions you give me, including lead requirements, recall, treats or anything else that helps your dog feel comfortable. I’m happy to send photos and videos during walks, so you can see what your dog has been up to while they’re with me.

Safety is really important to me. I’ll make sure collars/harnesses and leads are secure before setting off, keep dogs on lead where appropriate and only allow off-lead time where this has been agreed and their recall is reliable. I’ll also carry poo bags and make sure dogs have access to water when needed.

I’ll take extra precautions in hot weather, adapting walks around the conditions rather than putting dogs at risk. This could mean walking earlier in the morning or later in the evening, choosing shaded routes or taking them somewhere with safe access to water. I’ll always consider the individual dog too, as some breeds and dogs cope with heat differently.

Whether your dog needs a gentle stroll, a longer adventure or simply some company and attention, I’ll treat them with the same care and patience I would give my own. 🐾❤️
