Hello! I’m a lifelong animal lover with 9 years of experience fostering, rescuing, and caring for animals. Over the years, I’ve rescued more than 10 dogs and helped them find their forever homes, which has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

My motivation comes from my genuine love for animals. I enjoy spending time with them, making them feel safe, and giving them affection and attention. I don’t believe pet care is just about providing food and water; it’s also about companionship, patience, play, and making sure every animal feels loved while their owner is away. I talk to animals, give them plenty of cuddles when they enjoy physical affection, and pay attention to their behaviour and comfort.

Dog Walking and Playtime

I can take dogs on walks lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on their age, energy level, and individual needs. I enjoy keeping dogs active through walks, exploring, and playing fetch with dogs who enjoy it. I always prioritise their safety and follow the owner’s instructions regarding walking routes, leads, interactions with other dogs, and exercise routines.

I also enjoy playing with pets indoors, providing companionship, and helping them stay mentally stimulated. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a quiet afternoon with cuddles, I adapt my care to suit them.

Home Visits and Pet Care

During home visits, I make sure your pets have everything they need, including:

Providing fresh food according to your instructions.

Replacing their water with clean, fresh water.

Cleaning litter boxes, changing puppy pee pads, and keeping their areas tidy.

Spending quality time playing with them and offering companionship.

Giving affection, cuddles, and attention according to their preferences.

Checking that they seem comfortable and that their environment is safe.

I understand that cats, rabbits, birds, fish, and other pets have different routines and requirements, and I follow your specific instructions carefully to maintain their usual routine.

House Sitting and Keeping Your Home Secure

When house sitting, I treat your home with the same respect and care I would give my own. I make sure doors and windows are properly secured whenever appropriate, lock up when leaving, and never allow unauthorised visitors into your property. I follow your instructions regarding keys, alarms, heating, and household security.

I also keep your home clean and tidy, respect your privacy and belongings, and make sure your pets remain safe and comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I can keep you updated with messages and photos so you know how your pets are doing and can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.
