Hi, I'm Hannah! I am a passionate, lifelong animal lover. I've had lots of different pets over the years (including birds, guinea pigs, a rabbit, cats, dogs, fish) so I have a good knowledge on domestic animals, as well as a huge love for them! I currently have 2 cats and an Australian labradoodle (quite big!) that I help care for daily. We both love exploring new places and going for short or long walks - although probably him more!

I am organised, patient and punctual. I am fully comfortable managing multi-pet households! Whether you have 2 dogs or a dog and a cat, I can smoothly balance their individual schedules. I always come prepared for every situation and I understand the importance of trust when it comes to your furry friend.

As a dog owner I know that unexpected things happen. For example, if there is a loud noise or off-lead dog, I calmly redirect your dog's attention using positive reinforcement and create distance immediately. 
I also know that every pet communicates differently. I give anxious dogs more space and let them approach me at their own pace, whereas for high-energy dogs I channel their focus into basic command practice.

At the moment I am working part time and volunteer once a week. 
I am available:

• Mondays from 4pm AND overnight
• Tuesday to Thursdays 7am to 8pm AND overnight stays
• Friday to Sunday 7am to 10am (but will need to confirm)

When house sitting or dog walking for you, I promise to:

• Respect your home, keeping it clean and secure
• Strictly follow your dog's feeding, walking or medication routine
• Send you regular updates on how it is all going

Please note I do not own a car but I am happy to walk up to 2 dogs (any size but not puppies) in rain or shine, permitted it is safe to do so. I always plan (up to an hour long, depending on your dog's age/health) routes in advance to ensure they are quiet and dog-friendly, as well as what to bring (water, treats etc.).
