Hi, I’m Emily! 🐾

I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, from guinea pigs to cats, and I’ve always been a huge dog lover too. I’d love to have a dog of my own, but with work and my current lifestyle, I don’t feel I have the time to give one the attention and care they deserve. Pawshake feels like the perfect way for me to spend more time with dogs while giving owners some extra peace of mind.

I’ve looked after friends’ dogs over the years, including walks, feeding, playtime and keeping them company, and I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s individual personality, routine and needs.

I work from home every day, so I’m around throughout the day and can give your pet plenty of company, attention and supervision. I’m able to fit walks, playtime, toilet breaks and cuddles around my working day, rather than leaving your dog home alone for long periods. I’ll always follow your instructions and keep to their usual routine as closely as possible.

I also live with my partner, Henry, who is an animal lover too. We’re both excited to welcome pets into our home and make sure they feel comfortable, settled and cared for. 🐶

As I don’t currently have any pets of my own, your dog will have our full attention during their stay. Whether they need a good walk, some company during the day or a home away from home, I’ll treat them as I would my own.

I’m caring, reliable and genuinely excited to meet your four-legged friends! I’ll always keep you updated during their time with me, and I’m happy to send photos and little updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. 🐾
